Delivery was included in the price, as were the clips for the underside of the sectional. Both of those are added costs at most outdoor furniture stores. I reached out, and per my own research and their suggestion, cleaned the venturi tube which can cause an ignition. Tried to light it again, and the entire underside of the table went up in flames. Clearly this was not a maintenance issue. This was very dangerous, and I reached out to customer care in the Spring. I realize due to Covid things are taking a bit longer but I have been very patient. It is now September. More than a dozen emails back and forth and I have ben told this is a 'maintenance' issue and they would not be able to assist, yet how can something be deemed a maintenance issue if no one even came to look at it? The entire summer has now come and gone and I have not been able to use this product due to the fear it would explode. Several unanswered emails, showed a copy of my invoice - why has it taken almost 5 months for this to be looked at? I am very disappointed that I purchased a product over $1000 and have been completed ignored about my concerns due to the dangerous nature of the situation. And worse, that I cannot even enjoy it for my personal use. No attempts have been made to rectify this, however I did receive an email back saying I could pay an additional $400 for a new table.

Upon discovering that I had ordered the wrong frame by mistake, I returned to the store to inquire about a refund. I figured this should not be a problem, since I had not even picked up the bed frame from their warehouse yet. I was charged over 25% of the price of the frame as a "restocking fee" to simply not pick up item. Keep in mind that this frame was extremely compact, and did not take up very much space. As a student struggling to make ends meet and getting by with student debt, I am beyond disappointed that the Snuggler's manager chose a $30 profit over reasonable customer service. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this store whenever possible, as my experience highlights Snuggler's concern with immediate profit as greater than its willingness to develop a positive relationship with its future customer base.

They arrived at my moms home and call me and asked for me to text them my license. All the years of ordering furniture this has never been asked. I've spoken to them on the phone and through email and not once did they say this was required. I spoke to a manager, Abdul and he said it's their policy. I asked him to show me where on the website is this policy, before you place a order, he wouldn't answer me. They are stressing my elderly mother and refusing to deliver her Christmas gift. I emailed them a bill for verification. They left without delivering the furniture. This was supposed to be a happy moment for our mother, the stress she and I went through is not acceptable and nobody should have such an unpleasant experience.
