It's a smaller shop, but everything is kept really organized and neat (it's even got "themed" areas, so things are placed similarly for whatever your taste). The prices are higher than other gift-type shops, but the products are so unique and well-made, it's worth the extra few dollars. I browsed around on my own, but the woman working made sure to be available if I needed any help- and I'm sure she would be awesome at helping narrow down what you're looking for if you aren't quite sure. Lots of variety, and ample parking behind the shop. I definitely will be back!!

Email...my salesman, Raj doesn't respond. Today, in the mail I received a new chaise cover. I assume the company expects me to take out a knife and cut the padding and restuff the massive chaise??...Seriously. As for the arm rest, there is a visually long underlay padding protruding through the upholstery material. What am I supposed to do about that? Some sort of reply or communication would be much appreciated. What is purpose the manufacturers warranty??!
