We sent emails and pictures with no response. We went to the store and was told that we had to provide them with the delivery date in order for them to action. This was done. Due to Covid shut downs this has dragged on and on. Finally we had someone respond and then pretty much ghost us so another trip to the store in person was made. We were told that the model we purchased less then a year ago is no longer being produced and that we would receive a store credit in the amount of our purchase to put towards another product. I asked for the business card of the individual and wrote the agreement on the card and had him sign it. Following up two days later I was told that they are trying to decide what kind of credit to give me. I mentioned the agreement and was told that they didn't say that, even though I had a signature on the agreement. The couch seams have fallen apart in two areas with several other spots starting to go. These people do not sell quality items, they do not provide good customer service and do not stand behind their product. Buyer beware...spend your money elsewhere.

Upon discovering that I had ordered the wrong frame by mistake, I returned to the store to inquire about a refund. I figured this should not be a problem, since I had not even picked up the bed frame from their warehouse yet. I was charged over 25% of the price of the frame as a "restocking fee" to simply not pick up item. Keep in mind that this frame was extremely compact, and did not take up very much space. As a student struggling to make ends meet and getting by with student debt, I am beyond disappointed that the Snuggler's manager chose a $30 profit over reasonable customer service. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this store whenever possible, as my experience highlights Snuggler's concern with immediate profit as greater than its willingness to develop a positive relationship with its future customer base.

The lady working last night was awful. I felt as if I want a bother to her. She never deceived anything to me just saying the few pieces I mentioned to her were on back order. I asked a few questions and was told "I just work here and do what I am told." This was said on three separate occasions.
