I think what's unique about this place is the community, it seems most customers are "regulars" coming in and shopping to pass the time and leaving with a full cart of deal. I was waiting in line with a queue of three people and the lady before me offered me her spot because I had one item-which I declined because it was a weekend. There were kids toys with the original label as if the toys were just a decor in the former home.

Cashier was incredibly rude today. I have never had an issue buying envelopes individually here in…read morethe past, but this particular cashier refused and took them from me as they did not have matching cards, even though they were that way to begin with and I told her there were no cards missing envelopes. She did not ask if I wanted to get other cards, just took the envelopes from me and put them behind the counter. Very disappointing considering it's supposed to be a charitable place.

For starters you don't need to have a business degree, just simple common sense to better your sales by having a testing area that ALSO has USB ports and cables, like most thrift stores usually have. Nothing that they sell that requires USB power comes with cables, so you have to go search and grab a pair that they're selling at a ridiculous price and even then you have to next go search for the AC brick that plugs into the outlet that you plug the USB cord you had to search for in the first place to test the overpriced item that they're selling that requires USB power! But what is even worse is how disgusting and dirty the electronics were. It's like when they were dropped off they weren't even tested judging by the amount of dust and dirt that was on the items when they were put out on the shelves! It's common sense if you're going to overcharged for electronics at least clean them up so they look relatively decent! I was disgusted to even handle some of the electronics and storage bins you will see in the attached photos. Then to add insult to injury, Value Village is a for-profit organization so you'd think they can easily afford to pay staff and management and train them properly on how to handle inventory, at the very least clean them up so they may look presentable and somewhat worth the ridiculous high prices they're asking. I'll never be going back to this location... I would rather spend much less money at actual non-profit thrift stores that clean their inventory, have proper testing areas, charge reasonable prices AND I know at least some of my money is going to a charity, instead to an overpriced, lazy and disgusting for-profit organization!

She is willing to drop me due to my complaint with her of her new online consigning system where each week at Monday 10am on the dot it has become a race to make a consigning appointment to which I am too slow. I wanted assurance that my fellow consignors are making consigning appointments only once per month which originally was Emily's policy when she initiated online monthly appointment making held at the 20th of each month. The Wild Rose used to make these monthly appointments on the 20th of each month by telephone. Instead she prefers to gather my current consigned items today for me to pickup tomorrow. This store is dead to me now and I will not recommend this store for any good purpose.

Everything put out is trendy and tries to keep up with up-to-date fashions for the season. All the jewelry is bought wholesale and new, which is really nice, but still has the low prices. The shows also are placed on their own size racks so you don't have to spend time checking each ones size as they are all in one location. The staff is very friendly and not overbearing as well.
