The mentaiko pasta, very comparable to the ones found in the city. Lush, plush noodles, salty, with a bit of sea flavor. Its a contrast from what you consider traditional Japanese food, and well worth a try if you're looking for something different! My favorite part of the meal was dessert though. The matcha parfait was incredible. Please listen to the servers when they tell you to scoop out this beautiful parfait into the provided bowl, because it gives you easy access to all the flavors and textures. Creamy matcha, tangy cream cheese, crunchy cereal and refreshing jelly all come together to make an outstanding dessert. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. If not for the ramen, at least for the parfait!

The jalapeño poppers had a good crunch, however, it lacked any spice at all and tasted almost like a regular fried green pepper. Even though we ordered out, the ambiance seemed nice inside and also kid friendly. We may return in the future to try other menu items.

We ordered a piece of tres leches and it had a maple flavor that was unexpected. It took me a second, but I placed that it reminded me of a discontinued Entenmann's cake that I think was maple walnut iced cake. If you remember that and miss it then get this.
