Also, although the menu makes it seem like you have to pay for the banchan (appetizers), we did not, it came with the staple kimchee, and a couple other dishes. I arrived at the pickup time and my order hadn't been started. The employee found it at the printer and began making it on the spot, only to then realize they were out of goat cheese, which for me is a main ingredient in the salad. I told them nevermind, which clearly annoyed him because he started putting the other ingredients in the bowl. I asked for a refund and was told it couldn't be processed in-store. He directed me to go through the app. After speaking to the manage and not getting anywhere, I left without a refund. I proceeded to go back and forth with Guest Relations for 10 days before my refund was issued. It was an extremely frustrating experience.
