The two working were both very kind and helpful. I know nothing, literally nothing, about Filipino food. So I asked if any of it had seafood in it, as I don't eat seafood. The answer was no, so I just picked one of the four options, and pointed to the picture. I always feel like an idiot when I have to point at something to order it, but the woman taking my order reached out the window to point at the same one so we were on the same page. She was very accommodating to me and I appreciate that. I'm still not entirely sure what I ate, but it was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Prices were pretty decent too. I am full and still get to take some home to my husband. Ambiance is a food truck pod on River Road that I'd never been to before. It is bigger than I expected, with several other nearby trucks that I want to try. Would I return? Yes! Definitely yes. This friend has never steered me wrong when it comes to finding amazing small local business to support, and this is a great one. I'll definitely come back again. Review 32 of 2025.

Had been wanting to try Thai Chin Gon (located in the pod in front of Eugene Electric Bicycles) and they are on my way home. A few other people were waiting ahead of me and got their food in good time. Service was friendly and quick. I chose yellow curry with chicken and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. Customers are given a buzzer to notify when the order is ready. There is ample seating available directly in front of the trucks or a few steps away in a covered area that is nicely done. I brought my order home to eat and it was a generous portion that made for two meals. Excellent yellow curry served very hot and delicious. Good amount of chicken ratio to veggies. You can specify how spicy you like your dish. I'll be sure to return to try other options.

Covid19 review …read more.. Easley Does It is still open for takeout. Woohoo! They JUST brought back their elotes which are ridiculously delicious. I instantly regretted saying I'd share one with my daughter. I tasted the sweet corn, spices, and cheese and immediately wanted to take the other half a cob off her plate. Bad mom. I know! This quarantine makes a mama hungry! My daughter and husband also shared strawberry dessert tacos and judging by how quickly they disappeared I'd say they were also of elotes caliber. I have an allergy to strawberries so I can't personally review BUT if they're anywhere near as tasty as their cinnamon apple tacos you won't be disappointed. Support your local favorite restaurants now so we can enjoy them freely soon! I'm looking forward to enjoying a WHOLE serving of elotes, at a picnic table, with a cider, in the sunshine SOON! :) Stay healthy, friends.

But he agrees they were delicious! I had the taco trio which for $10 you get one of each of their tacos. My favorite was the pork belly taco followed by the tri tip and the alaskan cod. The pork belly was so tender and perfectly caramelized! The mango/peach salsa made my eyes roll back. The pickled onions gave the perfect acidic touch to the sweetness of the salsa and the savoriness of the pork belly. I loved that each taco was hefty. Each taco had a generous amount of toppings and sauces without overshadowing the protein. It makes you feel healthy while also indulging. It's truly well balanced. Each topping had a purpose. Please try them out and take a second to talk to them! Very sweet people!

Service was ok, the food truck/trailer is well laid out, and cute on the outside. Today's menu included Brisket by the pound or sandwich, Pork Belly Burnt Ends by the pound or sandwich, and Smoked Turkey. I did not order any sides, although the pictures I have seen look good. Today they had Apple Herb Coleslaw, Butter Beans, and Roasted Garlic Potato Salad. Definitely worth a visit.

Good tacos... lots of cheese, fair amount of meat, and fried up in some of the drippings. The consomme was ok... very lacking in salt (and since I am on a low sodium diet, I guess that is good? lol! ) Beans and rice were good also. I would order again.
