I wandered in Nosey Parkers because I wanted a quiet place to have my tea. I was eating alone, so I didn't want to be in a boisterous place.
Nosey Parkers was really lovely, and the clientele were dressed far better than I was. A glance at the menu revealed that the chef has a love of stuffing things into chicken, or wrapping things around chicken. I quite like those things, but was impressed with the other offerings, such as Grilled Salmon, Chargrilled Swordfish, and a Braised Beef and Guinness Casserole.
The service was easy; I don't think I was seen to by the same person twice, but this didn't seem to create any confusion among them.
Glass of wine and a light dinner (oh, and they brought bread around as well...niiiiiice touch)
Only drawback...they do take cards, but you have to walk with them to reception in the Queens Hotel to get to the card machine. It's a bit inconvenient, but hey ho, I'm sure that a classy place like this will get it sorted soon enough. read more
