They check to make sure everything's all right the following day which is conscientious. And one of the greatest things is they always clean the car and wash the car before you pick it up. This is a much appreciated and great service they provide their customers. When a dealership does that you know they care a great deal about you and your business. Do not ever go here. I called just to have a few recalls done, and they said they would call back…read morein a couple days for me to drop my car off. They called back two weeks later and said it will be two days of work. They gave me a rental car, which was nice. After FOUR days (not including the weekend), I return and they complain that the gas tank wasn't full. They also wrote a lot of things they said were wrong with my car. Some of it is true, which I'll take care of. Others, no way. They said I have lights out and my steering wheel acts strange, which I haven't seen at all. I had to cancel appointments with other mechanics because of Rapp Subaru's promises they failed to keep. I'm running on a tight schedule, so it matters if I have to cancel other appointments to fix up my car. I will never do business here again.

Connie at Zappone was terrific in representing the consumer. Many dealerships would just tell you sorry.....not covered under warranty, but Zappone went above and beyond to submit to Subaru and covered the repair.
