Dropped my 2011 Nissan off on August 1, 2020. I explained that my car had lost power 4 times during a long trip home. Mechanic advised he would do a check on the trouble lights. My husband asked that they do an oil change while the car was there. As of August 10th, we had not been contacted. When we called we were told that the car needs an auxiliary transmission cooler installed. I authorized that and the mechanic stated the car would be repaired by August 14th. We picked the car up, no oil change had been done (did not have enough time is what was stated by Chris - car was there 14 days) and the bill was $90 over what was quoted. I had asked to be the POC due to the fact that I was the driver of the vehicle and instead my husband was called. I was told by the mechanic that there would be a guarantee on the parts and labor and nothing is listed on the final bill. I was really hoping I had found a great garage in Norwich this time. read more
