Man where to start . I didn't think I would need insurance for the rental (extra 38$ a day ) so I took the cheap way out thinking I would be good. Well nature won lol and proved me wrong . A deer , yes a deer jumped on my hood running from people trying to record inside the parking lot at Cooperstown all star village . I called dent raptor the next morning and scheduled my appointment for the following day. I sent pictures and was confirmed it was deer damage . Joel was such a good guy . Offered to drop me off at Cooperstown to watch my son's game while he worked the dents. Not only did he pick me up once the vehicle was done . But I was blown away at the outcome of his work ! Definitely took the dents off and did exactly what he said he would try his best and get it close. Which he totally exceeded . Not only was it a relief to have it done. It was also a relief he was fair with his pricing . For what it's worth , honest family man doing quality work out of his shop . Thankful I met you and found you during this dilemma I had . I am proud to be the first review! I called and scheduled an appointment about a week out with the expectation of waiting while my dents were repaired. When I arrived, they looked at the damage and gave me a fair price. Over the next few hours, they completed paintless dent removal on my car including all the dents I knew about (4) and the ones I didn't see until they put the car under special light (6 more). They did a fantastic job and it's obvious they take extra care. I highly recommend them to anyone needing PDR. In addition to providing good service at a fair price, these are nice people. It's hard to convey how nice someone is in text. I don't want any more dents in my cars but it's inevitable and when it happens I'm going back to Dent Raptor because these are really nice people that take pride in their work! read more
