After my accident, Dr. Rehan and his team were extremely attentive and helpful to my needs. They offered a wide variety of care options in order to ensure I was treated properly. Everyone in the office is super friendly and I would definitely recommend Northwest Chiropractix for any Physical Therapy needs to anyone. read more

I can't express how grateful I am to have found these wonderful healers. I was recommended to them through my insurance (Aetna) and have been so happy with this practice, I plan to go for as long as my insurance will cover me there. I am currently pregnant and have long-standing trauma-related muscle issues and back pain. It's been such a healing experience to receive care here. The chiropractor, the physical therapist, and massage therapist are all wonderful, kind, and have been so helpful to my body. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for this type of care! read more

I've recently moved to Chicago and a friend recommend I try chiropractics for my back pain that I've had for years from my job. I stumbled upon Northwest Chiropractic because I live in the area and it's been one of the best finds since I've moved here. Lisa helps me stretch and obtain more mobility & range of motion. Joel's massage therapy is not only relaxing but also helps my pain. Dr. Siddiqui adjustment at the end has really improved my back in just two visit. Everyone is kind, friendly and welcoming! I can tell as long as I'm in Chicago I will be coming here weekly. Thank you everyone! read more

Been going for years for maintenance and I've always had good results, friendly staff and very responsive and flexible in terms of scheduling. Happy to give them my business! read more

I have been going to dr. Siddiqui for over 5 years now for diffrent reasons, my back , ankle, and wrists, I work on computers alot and I work on my feet alot doing sign installations. I never did accupunture before, I hate needles, and it wasn't that bad. but I know that helped alot. Much better then pill popping. I'm currently going there for an achilles ankle pull, therapy is worth the pain if it is to heal correctly. The Dr. Is great and very friendly, and the Staff will also make you feel at home as well. hope this review helped anyone thinking about coming here. Andres Gr33nink.com read more

I've had issues with low back pain for many years. I'm in good physical condition and exercise daily but sometimes you need a professional. I noticed the sign for Northwest Chiropractix several times while at my favorite coffee shop Sip of Hope. So a few weeks ago when my back started screaming at me again I thought I would give them a try found. The appointment process was easy and fit my schedule. The first session with Dr. Siddiqui and his team was delightful! I worked with the Massage Therapist; Physical Therapist and Dr. Siddiqui each for a short time to address my problem areas. I got immediate relief! I returned the next week for a check-up and booked a weekly appointment for the next four weeks for PT only. The facilities are well appointed and equipped and all the staff are professional and friendly. The service prices are very affordable with discounted packages for a series of treatments. Take it from someone who has a lot of experience with pain and chiropractic treatment: this is your one-stop shop for relief! And afterwards you can get the best cup of coffee in Logan Square next door! read more

I love this place. I was pretty skeptical of Chiropractic care because of a poor experience I had before. One night I hurt my neck pretty bad... not sure how, possibly sleeping, it would not go away. I was leaving the city the following day and Dr. Siddiqui squeezed me in last minute to adjusted me [also had a quick massage]. Everything was great. I have been going back every two weeks. My body has been feeling much better. Definitely feels like I am making progress. It is very affordable and Dr. S is super friendly. He does a great job. Try him out. read more

I have been going to Northwest Chiropractix after being recommended it for 4 months now and this has honestly been the best decision I could have made for my back pain/health. I have suffered from chronic constant pain for a few years now and have seen multiple chiropractors on and off but nobody has even come close to what Dr. Siddiqui and his staff have done to help me. While I am usually seen by the doctor, Itzy and Lisa -the entire staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. Their unique approach to each appointment (combination of stim, therapeutic/targeted massage, exercises, stretching and adjustments) over time has significantly helped me in my day to day life/activities. Before going here I would have trouble sleeping because I had so much pain, almost nightly, and now thinking to today and how much improvement I have made, I am just so grateful to see (feel!) how much they have helped me. This is not your typical in and out in a few minutes type of business, they truly listen to you, take their time, care about you and want to see you get better. So thank you so much Dr. Siddiqui, you've all really helped me so much and I can't thank you enough! Highly recommended to anybody seeking true pain relief. See you next week! read more

Amazing! I called Northwest Chiropractix around noon and they had an opening for me to take care of me right away. Once I walked in, Joel greeted me with a warm friendly smile and checked me in. I met Dr. Siddiqui and he was extremely nice. He gave me a consultation regarding my back pain. Right off the back he knew how much tension I have just by the way I was sitting down. After the consultation Joel came in and messaged me. Let me say it's true when the dr mentions that he has NyQuil hands. I fell asleep as he rubbed out the tension on my back. AMAZING! After the massage Joel gave me a stimulation therapy with a hot pack. Made me fall asleep even more. Once after they finished. The doctor came in and gave me an acupuncture and he adjusted me shortly after. I was extremely amazed how reasonable the price was for a massage, stimulation therapy, acupuncture and an adjustment. Great price and location is right in Logan Square. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Siddiqui for 7 years. He has helped me recover from a horrible knee sprain and also from whiplash after a car accident. I tend to hurt my back at work and he's been there for me every time. His staff is professional, I especially love his massage therapists. It's easy to make an appointment, and I am always seen promptly when I arrive. I have used a multitude of therapies at his office - acupuncture, massage, stim, cupping, therapy laser, ultrasound, and adjustments. I would whole-heartedly recommend Dr Siddiqui for anyone seeking chiropractic care. read more

Dr. Rehan Siddiqui is very friendly and knowledgeable Chiropractor who has a great staff that is very kind and respectful to patients. I was suffering from severe lower back pain and was not getting relief for over 6 weeks -- even with pain Meds. He recommended I try MLS Laser Therapy which is a new type of treatment that causes a reaction in the cells to stimulate healing and pain relief. So by the 3rd visit, he had me back on my feet with minimal pain and no need of pain Meds. If you have a problem that is keeping you from your full potential do see Dr Rehan as his clinic has various methods of treatment options for you. I highly recommend Dr. Rehan Siddiqui. :) read more

I've been getting treatment there for 7 years. Dr. Siddiqui and staff are absolutely awesome, I've never had a better experience in this type of environment before. I've been advised to go there monthly, but sometimes life, or my own neglect get in the way. I had a completely contorted back, I was forward and to the right, within two visits, and various use of techniques I was able to go back to work, and feel great. I've received various types of treatments, most recently the Laser treatment, which helps stimulate blood flow to the troubled areas. If your afraid of lasers, try acupuncture, if that doesn't work, there are many more conventional ways of getting well. A recent expansion of the office has allowed for a small work out room, that consists of a tread mill, bike, elliptical, yoga ball, and free weights. There are at least 4 treatment rooms that I'm aware of, and the hours of operation work with anyone's schedule. I strongly recommend anyone with any ailments (not only back), but neck, knee, arthritis, ankle, foot, etc...... to go there! read more

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I get migraine headaches and had mid back pain. I felt much better even after the first time there. I've already recommended them to several of my friends. read more

Northwest Chiropractix is great! I was having some severe back/shoulder pain and they were able to accommodate an appointment for me to see their massage therapist and Dr. Siddiqui that same day. This place was a god send, their entire staff is friendly, professional, and truly care about meeting the needs of their patients. I am a new bee to seeing a Chiropractor; they were gentle, informative, and follow an individualized plan of care. Truly appreciate their work! read more

A few months ago I had such terrible lower back pain I could hardly walk. A colleague insisted I contact Dr. Siddiqui, her trusted chiropractor. In my desperation, I called and requested a same-day appointment. They got me right in. I've been going once a week since August and feel so fortunate to have found this practice. Dr. Siddiqui gave me a few treatments to relieve pain but also sent me out for an MRI to diagnose exactly what was going on before aggressively targeting the source of the problem. I now have a treatment program that includes massage with Nairobi, who also does an excellent job. If you're looking for a spa, this is not the place to go. But if you're looking for expert medical treatment from a knowledgeable, compassionate staff, you will find it here. read more

I really like dr. Siddiqi and his staff. They are professional, caring and I'm impressed. I'm going a few days a week and it is really helping. read more

My schedule is a very tight one, so I wanted to find chiropractic care that was close by, but was determined not to sacrifice quality care simply for convenience in location. What I found at Northwest Chiropractix was a gem hidden conveniently close. And the doctor, Dr. Rehan Siddiqui is incredible. I began receiving care here in 2006 when I unwisely allowed a high stress job to lock up my back and neck so badly that I woke up one day and found that I could not turn my head nor barely move my shoulders; add to that the worst migraine headaches so severe and lasting nearly a week at a time. This brilliant, yet very busy doctor took a sincere interest in my wellbeing, and worked with me. Through regular adjustments and other therapies rendered here (including accupuncture, massage, and cold laser therapy), he really helped me to get back on the track to wellness. For that, I am in his debt, and highly recommend him to others. He has also helped me in intervals with a number of other health issues over the years, and will continue to be my chiropractor of choice. My only regret is that I did not publish this review sooner. I have to add that all the therapies that are included along with your adjustment at Northwest Chiropractix are incredible. I've been to other Chiropractic offices that really take advantage and charge ridiculous amounts for some therapies that Dr. Siddiqui includes as needed. I agree with another reviewer that his rates are more than fair. Tip: The office has late hours on Wednesday, which is AWESOME for those that have a typical 9 - 5 work schedule on week days. However, it's also a very busy day there, and while the office is very accommodating, if you make an appointment during the evening on this day, know that a little wait time may be unavoidable. Bring something to read, and remember that "good things come to those who wait". read more

Recently I purchased a Groupon for a massage promotion the clinic had going on. I have used this clinic before hand with great success for my lower back pain. I have never had a massage treatment here, so I figured if it's half as good as the Chiropractic care it will be great. I called and scheduled an appointment, everything went smooth. A day before my appt something came up and I had to re-schedule, they were accommodating and rescheduled me, although they were swamped with all the folks using the Groupon for the massage treatment. The massage treatment it self was great, this place went under allot of new construction since I have been here last time. It looks fresh, modern and very clean and has expanded greatly. They have dedicated Massage rooms with nice mood setting music to relax you. I got a deep tissue massage to relieve some lower back pain. After the massage I felt great and relaxed, no more back pain, woo hoo. I chatted with the Dr. for a few minutes before I left and he like always took the time to see how I was doing. I hope to be back here more consistently for treatments. I would encourage anyone to give this place a try. read more

I have never been to a chiropractic until I recently had to see one for some shoulder issues. Dr. Siddiqui was very kind and patient with treatments and pin pointing resolve to my physical state. God forbid, I have a pulled muscle again, I'll know who to see for it. read more

I love this place! I had a Groupon so I set-up an appointment and massage was great! My patner and I are both going back soon.

To make a long story short, Dr. Rehan Siddiqui is amazing! I was referred to him by my mother who sees him for her carpal tunnel; and let me just say, I am more than pleased! After being in two car accidents, I was having trouble with my neck and after visiting the Dr. I am now able to at least move my head from side to side without the constant pain. I am now a firm believer in chiropractic care and would recommend Dr. Siddiqui to anyone who needed chiropractic care. I also want to point out that the staff at the office is just as amazing Everyone is so friendly and caring that sometimes you don't want to leave at the end of your session! read more

My brother dealt with a huge back issue over a year ago now, he went to northwest chiropractix for his treatment and had nothing bad to say about that place. I recently started having lower back pains and he recommended me to go. I've been going to Northwest Chiropractix for maybe a month and a half now. Dr. Siddiqui is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Every time I leave the place if feel so much relief. his staff is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I live in the area so I can walk to the place which is another thing I like. But if I lived farther I would make the trip. read more

If I could give is place no stars, I would! I bought a groupon for a massage and I attempted to reschedule three times, where each time I left a message. After not hearing back, I decided to go into the office to try to reschedule. I stood there for about 10 minutes without anyone coming to help me, I rang the bell 3 times I called out to the back. There was a ridiculous sign that said that if you rang the bell more than 4 times you would get charged five dollars! Are you kidding me? Why should we get charged for awful customer service. My opinion is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! read more

I've been going to Northwest Chiropractix 1-2x a week for the past month for treatment to alleviate pain in my leg, hip and back from running. Dr. Siddiqui and his staff are outstanding. They take the time to really get to know you and your issue - and then create an individual plan. One of the big reasons I selected Dr. Siddiqui is the breadth of his practice ranging from spinal adjustments, massage therapy, custom orthotics, acupuncture and more. I figure he's going to find a way to make it work. Highly recommend you to try this place! read more

I was visiting Chicago and had some unexpected numbness that resulted in 2 ER visits and a trip to the chiropractor. I was so thankful to be in the hands of northwest chiropractix who helped ease the numbness. They were very helpful and caring during the whole process. It was easy to get an initial appointment and a follow up. They didn't push any excess treatment and kept me informed during the whole process unlike my visit to the hospital. Moreover, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth!! I highly recommend their services!!! read more

Dr. Siddiqui is not only knowledgeable, but he has the best bedside manner. He makes you feel comfortable, he explains everything that he's doing during your visit and everything he recommends you to do outside of the office. i've come to Dr. Siddiqui quite a few times for quite a few reasons, and i always leave knowing i made the right choice. i went to him originally 4.5 years ago. read more

Got me in for an appointment the same day when I was visiting. Really appreciated their great work!

I've been to Dr. Siddiqui a number of times now. He's attentive, friendly and really spends time to make sure I'm getting a thorough treatment. But most importantly, he does a good job. Sometimes my back problems are cleared up immediately. Sometimes it takes a few sessions. But I trust him and give him the best recommendation I can. With many other chiropractors, you're in and out and wonder what the heck you just paid for. With Dr. Siddiqui you get a caregiver. read more

I was referred to Dr. Siddiqui by my husband. I injured my back at work 3 years ago and have been seeing Dr. Siddiqui and his staff ever since. Dr. Siddiqui is a wonderful chiropractor! I've been to a few other chiropractors over the past few years, but Dr. Siddiqui tops the cake! He is very compassionate, understanding and an overall excellent practioner. Not only does he do the "typical chiropractor" thing...adjustments, modalities, etc. but he also does acupuncture, cupping and other such Chinese medicine techniques. On Wednesday night, he has a massage therapist come in to the office. Diana is wonderful and can really work out the "knots." Dr. Siddiqui is tri-lingual and you can usually get in the same day if needed. His staff is very friendly as well. Overall...I give Northwest Chiropractix 5 stars! Excellent! Do yourself a favor and call Dr. Siddiqui today to get all "fixed" up! read more

Wet effective and minimalist. After a massage and electric stim and dr Rehan's fixing younare good to go.

Dr Siddiqui and his staff are amazing, I've been coming to see him off and on for two years and recommend him to everyone. His staff his very friendly and he is genuinely concerned for my well being. He has also always worked with me financially when my insurance wasn't the best. I first went to visit him because he's located in my neighborhood but now I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. read more

This review is well overdue. I must say that Dr Siddiqui is very caring and professional. The staff which includes Norma, Joel and Lupe are awesome. After my massage with Norma I come out of there a brand new woman. I totally recommend this place if you're in pain. They also offer other services too. Kudos to your team!!! read more

I got a Groupon for this place and hated it. My back is probably worse now than before I went...

I was on a visit to Chicago and had sprained my back 1 day before my flight. I tried treating myself (hamstring supine and back bend type of stretches, along with oils , icy-hot, etc...) but didnt get any relief, so I needed to get professional therapy. I was seen first by Dr. Siddiqui's staff who gave a massage and some electro-stim therapy. After that, Dr. Siddiqui used a cold laser treatment. I was hobbling when I entered the clinic and walked out standing straight. At least feeling 50% better. It is not 100% but it was clear the treatment made a big difference. Today is the 1st day after the treatment and my back has continued to improve. I have been to chiropractors before but I never had such an immediate change in my condition. Thank you. read more

unfortunately i would not recommend this place to anyone! i've been there a couple of times and i have had great massages there i always feel relaxed, but it is so uncomfortable to lay in a table with no sheets. it feels so unsanitary, the chiropractor i attended previously always provided a clean sheet when i went for treatment. also people kept barging in and out of the room and it made me uncomfortable i couldn't relax like i would have liked. if every time i came in the tables had clean sheets and seeing as how it is a doctors office if my privacy as a patient was respected. i might reconsider returning and referring people, but the way it is i will not return read more
