I love this new bagel shop in Salem! Their bagels are so soft and they have different options for cream cheese! These are the only ones that remind me of New York bagels!

We arrived late morning, mid-week and parking was easy peasy. There was a line, as expected...not many bagel options in Salem. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and drinks. The price was reasonable. Service was great, the staff taking our order helped us sort out options for the sandwiches we ordered. She also made our drinks and mine was PHENOMENAL! Amazing flavor, perfect temp. The sandwiches were good. Very filling.

Real boiled bagels! They really have salt bagels down, a difficult task. Go early because sell out of some flavors.

The bagels remind me of New York style; soft inside and nicely crispy outside.

House made of course so it's even better than the store bought stuff in my opinion because it tastes like actual chocolate. I ordered the filet minion chicken fried steak and it was cooked to perfection. So juicy inside and crispy but not like overly cooked crispy on the outside! Topped with a hot gooey layer of house made sausage gravy. The overall size of this steak was about as big as my face. To complement this enormous steak was eggs, a biscuit & some smashed Yukon potatoes..like they were literally small potatoes they just smashed which was really different to me because I've never seen that before. I also had to order the infamous cinnamon roll pancake I been seeing floating around on other people's reviews. IT IS A MUST.. and if you are ordering it to take home make sure you have a piece of it while it's still hot and fresh because that was to die for. I won't go more into detail about it you just have to try it. It will speak for its self. Overall the dinning experience was great! Servers were more than happy to get you whatever you need. We sat at the bar so y'all should try their drinks because they looked so good and the bartenders looked like they were having fun making them. The restaurant is a literal house and while charming it is small and packed inside and the parking lot is also really small so you may need to get there early or expect to park somewhere else in the streets. We got there an hour after they opened and it was only a 30 minute wait thankfully. Will be coming back again to try other menu items!

We told hostess we did not want to sit at the bar, she sat us at the bar, after some more wait, we did get a table. Coffee was ok, but the cups were huge, always 2/3 full of cold coffee. The food took one hour to find our table. Nothing special, my wife had an omelet, with a big glob of Brie cheese, overpowering the omelet. I had corned beef hash that was extremely dry and salty. I also had warm rye bread. Not toasted. We were half done with our breakfast, and was given the bill, and boxes to go. Very rushed, crowded, and expensive. $58 for sub-par breakfast for 2. Sorry WOM, didn't cut it.

Honey and Co. was such a great breakfast spot. The biscuits and gravy were incredible. The biscuit…read moreitself was huge, fluffy, and practically cloud-like, while the sausage gravy was perfectly seasoned and packed with savory flavor. The bacon blue cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and balanced so well with the blue cheese and thick strips of bacon. No sad little fast food bacon bits here. The Fall French toast had an amazing crisp to it. Personally, I felt like there was almost a little too much happening flavor-wise to fully enjoy it all together, but the warm apple slices with the cinnamon raisin bread were absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The restaurant itself is small, but it felt cozy rather than crowded. Bonus points for having lots of options for different dietary needs too. Definitely a spot worth checking out.

Parking was a nightmare and the waitlist was thriving at 25 minutes long, but it was Sunday so I understood. We put our name on the list and waited outside in the cold next to the heater that wasn't emitting any heat. Our name was called after twenty minutes and we were sat next to the door (not my fave) at a large table. A couple was sat at the same time as us at the other end. We both got our menus at the same time. But long story short: by the time they were done with their meal, check on the table and everything, we had finally received ours. It was very annoying given that we were sat at the exact same time. The cinnamon roll was lackluster. All of the lovely frosting that you hope for/expect was melted into a flavorless grease. The corned beef hash was a strange consistency being made with shredded hash instead of traditional cubed potato but that was their choice and it's not the best. The French toast on the kids menu did not mention that it was crusted in cornflakes and I think if it weren't for the fact that my daughter was so hungry, she wouldn't have ate them. They were what you expect: crunchy French toast bites. Our server never returned after dropping off the food, only at the end to clear plates and give the check. It was a disappointing experience and even more disappointing that we had to tip on that kind of service because we're those kind of people. Clearly he didn't deserve it. The encounter legitimately set a really grim tone for the rest of the day.
