That wasn't an issue as we were looking at a chevy at a Subaru dealership. The issue came while getting lending, to purchase the car. If you EVER buy a car here, DO NOT use the lender GLS!!!! What a nightmare! First, they have the absolute rudest customer service representatives. Second the CSR call all the time asking you to verify the same info over and over! I verified my info 3 times and they were texting and calling all day. I am NOT dealing with this all day. I called Raul in financing at Morries and told him I was returning the car due to this unnecessary harassment. He said he would contact the lending service and rectify this situation. He called me back and said they will call me 1 more time to authorize the loan and that was all they would need. WRONG!!!! They wanted me to verify ALL my info again! I called Raul back and He called then again; he called me back and promised me they would just do the authorization of the loan and all would be good. he apologized for the issues with this lender, and he said he would make it right for us, but after I authorized the loan, we never heard back from him or Mike the used car manager. I think they just didn't want to honor the 5-day happy customer policy. Will NOT buy here again!

In the morning, the car was towed to Interstate Automotive. The owner is Moose. He and his crew Mike, Nick and Dan were Fantastic, friendly, helpful and oh so quick to repair my parents alternator. I was able to get in right away with no wait and rear brakes were replaced within an hr and half. In addition, I was previously dealing with issues with my engine as I purchased my car "as is" so when my check engine light came on DW Auto Services was the first place I called. I was told to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue immediately as it was a misfire and was back on the road the same day! With that being said knowing all the trouble I had been having with my car prior to coming to DW Auto Services, Dakota was kind enough to spend over five hours on the phone with my warranty people and was able to get a replacement engine!!!! Overall, this process took no more than a week! From contacting my warranty company to ordering an engine to replacing the engine! I was even offered a loaner vehicle in the meantime while the engine was being replaced which was a huge benefit as if I had to pay for a rental it would have put me in the whole financially . I was able to pick my car up after only three days and If it wasn't for the service of their loaner vehicle I would have been left with no transportation. I highly recommend this business! They care, and recognize everyday hard working people! I value their professionalism, communication and continuous effort to make their customers feel understood and cared for. His honest, integrity, and broad depth of mechanical knowledge, makes doing business with him easy and frictionless. They are fair on prices and a good value. I recently bought a 2024 Subaru Impreza from Jay at Randy's Auto. Jay was fantastic to work with…read more He gave us a great deal, and was very friendly, easy to talk to, and communicative. He shared with us all the details of the car, the accident it had been in, the work they had done to fix it, and was very transparent with it all. I test-drove the car and didn't notice any issues, so I bought it and I drove it home (2.5hrs away). The next day, we noticed a clunking happening in the right passenger front tire. Every time we turned, the clunking was loud. I thought "uh-oh." The deal was too good to be true, and we got screwed. So I called Jay, because he had given me a short warranty on the vehicle. He recommended I get it checked out at a local auto shop which I did. Turns out the CV Axle Shaft was binding up and causing the clunking. So I called Jay, and he said instead of having the shop fix it (which was going to be pretty expensive), he would send a truck to pick up the car (I live 2.5hrs away), bring the vehicle back to his shop, fix the CV Axle and then deliver the car back to me at no charge to us. I was floored that he would do that. Especially considering it was a salvage car, and he didn't really have any responsibility to do that. Jay really demonstrated a tremendous amount of integrity, and was very communicative the entire time, he sent pictures of when it was picked up, pictures of it in the shop getting fixed, and when it was all done. He was proactive in communicating with us, I didn't have to badger or bother him for updates. It was really quite amazing. The car was delivered back, the problem was resolved, and he didn't ask for anything additional from us. I have to say, I'm very impressed. Jay demonstrated a level of integrity and professionalism and just all around nice-ness and good-human-ness that was refreshing and appreciative. I highly recommend him and Randy's auto for purchasing vehicles. You never know what you're going to get out there, and Jay and his team were top notch.
