Sadly, 2 years…read moreearlier, my 08 Pontiac G8 GT was taken here for an oil pump replacement under extended warranty as my mechanic is always packed with business. 9 months later it failed again. Coincidence ? Keep reading... Like I said, with a blizzard closing in and the sheriff calling, and my mechanic packed with business, I reluctantly called Southworthless and to my surprise were able to get it right in. Instantly after my suv arrived, Jeff called and said they could get a new GM. motor for $7100. I pooped a bit and told him I was going to get another motor ASAP and have it shipped. Jeff called back and said the motor had a new timing chain installed, non GM. He said it looked great and was pleased with it. This was a problem with the last motor. Said Jeff. He calls back a few hours later and tells me the timing is junk and that it will need to be replaced with a new... you guessed it, a new GM timing set up. I told the monkey he was on my last nerve and to tell me what the final bill would be. When I arrived to pick up my chevy, the bill was ANOTHER $300 AND THE HEAT NOW DID NOT WORK!!!! I lost my sh%^ and threw my keys on the counter (12/23/21) yelled for them to call me when they do their job. one sale dick told me to relax, I told him to f off. Merry Christmas. I Hope this helps you all and I will repost when this gets wiped off by SOUTHWORTHLESS!

The weather forecast was for rain and snow that weekend and we now had a vehicle with an open window! We pulled into Don Johnson Ford in Cumberland (we were driving a Lincoln), and asked if there was any way that they could look at it, and help us out. They advised that their schedule was full, but they would see what they could do. (We were trying to make one of the very few ferries for the day, so were under a significant time crunch!) Within 45 minutes, they had removed the door and were able to bring the window back up, and then secured it for us! (If they had had the parts, they would have fixed it too!)
