Like I said, with a blizzard closing in and the sheriff calling, and my mechanic packed with business, I reluctantly called Southworthless and to my surprise were able to get it right in. Instantly after my suv arrived, Jeff called and said they could get a new GM. motor for $7100. I pooped a bit and told him I was going to get another motor ASAP and have it shipped. Jeff called back and said the motor had a new timing chain installed, non GM. He said it looked great and was pleased with it. This was a problem with the last motor. Said Jeff. He calls back a few hours later and tells me the timing is junk and that it will need to be replaced with a new... you guessed it, a new GM timing set up. I told the monkey he was on my last nerve and to tell me what the final bill would be. When I arrived to pick up my chevy, the bill was ANOTHER $300 AND THE HEAT NOW DID NOT WORK!!!! I lost my sh%^ and threw my keys on the counter (12/23/21) yelled for them to call me when they do their job. one sale dick told me to relax, I told him to f off. Merry Christmas. He quickly had a technician figure out the issue, and he called our extended warranty company to get authorization to make the necessary repairs immediately. Ryan did a phenomenal job of addressing our concerns quickly and conveniently. Service today was above and beyond. This was our first visit to Johnson Motors, and we will definitely be customers for life when it comes to future service and car purchases.

That wasn't an issue as we were looking at a chevy at a Subaru dealership. The issue came while getting lending, to purchase the car. If you EVER buy a car here, DO NOT use the lender GLS!!!! What a nightmare! First, they have the absolute rudest customer service representatives. Second the CSR call all the time asking you to verify the same info over and over! I verified my info 3 times and they were texting and calling all day. I am NOT dealing with this all day. I called Raul in financing at Morries and told him I was returning the car due to this unnecessary harassment. He said he would contact the lending service and rectify this situation. He called me back and said they will call me 1 more time to authorize the loan and that was all they would need. WRONG!!!! They wanted me to verify ALL my info again! I called Raul back and He called then again; he called me back and promised me they would just do the authorization of the loan and all would be good. he apologized for the issues with this lender, and he said he would make it right for us, but after I authorized the loan, we never heard back from him or Mike the used car manager. I think they just didn't want to honor the 5-day happy customer policy. Will NOT buy here again!

I understand that most places are by appointment and that they are busy with that being on mind I thought they may have actually helped since it was an emergency stop. Nope. They asked if I had steering and I did not. She said it was a problem but they had no time and no one to take a look at it. Not even putting a reader on the engine to verify the error I was getting. They wished me luck in getting home which was over 100 miles away without proper steering. I was blown away. As I left I walked their gun the shop and saw 4-5 guys standing around talking and only 1 service bay was in use out of 6. Two hours later and taking back roads I arrived at my dealership and within 15 minutes diagnosed that the pump needs replacement. It'll take a week for them to repair it. It at least they looked amd not just said "good luck".
