I had to reschedule an appointment due to illness. The office staff threatened me with paying upfront for the next appointment. Very unprofessional and unsympathetic, especially in the times of COVID-19. I was following the CDC guidelines and staying home. There was no understanding or even consideration of just rescheduling the appointment when I was feeling better. I've been a long-standing patient and this is how I get treated. You guys grossly mis diagnosed my husband and said he would be blind by 36-38 years old! We got a second opinion today in Florida...he literally only has glaucoma!! And they fit him correctly in size for contacts this time so his eyes don't hurt anymore. Ridiculous how you scared our family this badly! read more

I LOVE Northsight Vision! My whole family has been coming here for 10 years now (WOW!) and love it! The girls who work at the front desk are so sweet and we know them very well. They are so helpful with check in, choosing glasses, adjusting glasses, paying, and doing the beginning of your eye exam! The new office is so beautiful, and so was the old office--always very clean, well lit, and inviting. Dr. Hanian is so nice and you can tell she knows what she's doing. Took my boyfriend here for an appointment during our lunch hour. On the phone we told them we had limited time because it would be during lunch, and we were assured the appointment would take no more than 20 minutes. They double-booked and his appointment took more than an hour, with the optometrist running back and forth between exam rooms. Most of our time was spent sitting and waiting, and consequently we had no time to even eat lunch. Their selection of frames is very limited, with no name brands except a few Gucci hidden in a corner. And they have no contact lenses in stock, so you have to wait for them to be ordered. We will be taking our generous eye care plans to another provider in the future. read more

Northsight Vision was great. I am having some troubling symptoms and Dr. Hannion took time to do all the tests she could think of plus some. I was also equally relieved when nothing came back abnormal. I have very bad eyesight and it is correctable, thank goodness. Dr. Hannibal took time to really focus on my issue and gave me the best medical treatment. Dr. Hannion is knowledgeable, thorough, and dedicated to the health of her patients. I am glad I went to her as she has given me peace of mind about my symptoms, they are not resolved yet and I feel I can comfortably rule out the eye as a major cause of what is going on in my body. read more

This was my second year coming here and Dr. Ragan is awesome! It is because of him, that it was discovered that I have an allergy to silicone. For years, contacts have hurt my eyes, which is why I rarely wore them, but thanks to him, I've switched to dailies which are much more comfortable. I prefer glasses, but every now and then I wear contacts. The only drawback is their lack of frame selection. Last year, it was much better, I ended up purchasing two pairs of frames, but this year, I took my prescription to another office to fill. Will continue to come here as long as Dr. Ragan is here. read more

I love Northsight Vision! I just bought my third pair of glasses. Everyone there is unwaveringly friendly and helpful.

Does not carry a number of top a name brand frames including Oakley. Will not take or provide your pupil distance without ordering lenses or paying an extra fee. So essentially you need to go somewhere else for several brand names and pay an additional fee to get your PD. This is the first (and perhaps the only) eye care provider I have ever seen take this approach. I recommend going somewhere that has a better selection of frames and will provide PD free of charge with or without a lens order which is basically anywhere else. Very disappointed. read more

What a great experience I just had here! I don't usually give ratings on Yelp as soon as I walk out of the door.. Unless it was a terrible experience. This office is an exception though! From the moment I made my appointment everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The doctor spent lots of time answering my questions and making sure I understood everything she was telling me. I didn't feel rushed at all as I have at so many other offices before. I was having a hard time choosing a new frame and the staff member that helped me was so patient and didn't try to sell me anything. After having her show me tons of frames I finally decided to stick with my current frame and have new transition lenses put in. She didn't get annoyed or anything. She was so sweet and patient with me. I am so glad I found this place. read more

I am so glad I switched eye care offices; wish I had switched years ago. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I had called a couple other places first; this was the first office to actually talk to me and make me feel welcome before I even decided to switch over. Other places they were in a rush to get off the phone; had no interest in answering questions if I was not already a patient. The doctor was every personable and explained everything clearly. You could really tell he takes pride in what he does and caring for his patients. They didn't over schedule, they allowed ample time for the doctor to be with you without being rushed. The office didn't have multiple people waiting, they were on-time! I am very impressed with this office. I look forward to my son's appointment. He past eye doctor experiences were just shy of nightmares. I am confident my son will have a positive experience at Northsight Vision. read more
