She even managed to capture all the special moments right after birth that we certainly would have missed had she not been there! She answered many questions I had and provided documentation up until delivery day. Let me tell you how happy I am she was there. She was a trooper. From 12pm to 6:30a.m the next morning. she was by my side supporting me and my husband the entire time. My epidural left me with a hotspot across my lower abdomen that was not reached by the epidural. The pain for me was intense. She stayed by me offering breathing guidance,rubbing my back and offered peppermint oil as I kept becoming very nauseas from the pain. I had a very hard time and could not have done it without her. Eventually a c section had to be done as I stalled in dialating enough and could no longer take the pain. Ashley was there again after the c section checking up on me and baby. I appreciate her so much and will be forever grateful to her.

Their office called and told me that the appointment would be cancelled due to lack of a hearing test and lack of a referral. My insurance does not require a referral. Even though they conduct hearing tests at this office, they refused to see me. I am an existing patient but they were adamant that they would not honor the appointment. They won't ever have to worry about honoring any future appointments from me as none will be made. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this practice.

Never saw the doctor the first time I was there. Why do you need to select a doctor when you make an appointment online if you're not going to see them? He (not the one I selected) came in at the end of my second appointment and tried to make light of my problem, almost saying I didn't have a problem. That was the end of my involvement with this practice and I will never return.
