The toppings are a wonderful assortment of classic salad ingredients with the addition of the delicious Japanese options. There are many sauces available on their menu, and my favorite are the unagi sauce and the miso wasabi. I haven't tried them all, but I'm sure they each have a delightful, unique flavor!
