They service Sprinter vans and RVs. Got an oil change from them. Nice, family-owned business that specializes in Mercedes vehicles.

The customer service has been up/down as the staff members change, but overall they have served us well. They aren't perfect but they have earned our loyalty and repeat business over the years. It's difficult to find a repair shop that you can trust, and these guys haven't driven me away yet. I try and schedule service appointments when I know that maintenance is coming, but their hours are very convenient whenever I have an emergency (nail in a tire, dead battery, etc.) and need a walk-in service. I don't use them for all my vehicle repairs but for the routine maintenance things they are my primary shop. As long as I have cars I will keep bringing them here. One thing to note: if you need tires but don't want Goodyear brand tires, they can get almost any brand of tire you want. Call them or go online and set it up ahead of time.

This is my go-to shop for actual vehicle repairs. I have several vehicles but the oldest is a…read moregeriatric 2005 Nissan Frontier with 308k miles. There are other shops I use for regular preventive maintenance tasks but this is where I go when something is Broken. They are great at diagnosing that mysterious noise (what's that squeak?) or figuring out why the old truck just died by the side of the road. They are willing and able to tackle the oddball repairs that come up with old vehicles - the sort of repairs that the oil change shops aren't equipped to fix and the Dealers just don't want to fool with (motor mounts, valve cover gaskets, suspension work, etc.). Of course they are capable of oil changes and minor work. They sell name-brand tires. They are great at what they do. That said, sometimes the repairs are expensive but I never feel like I have been ripped off. They are keeping my old truck on the road for way less than the cost of a new one. They have coupons available on their website that help ease the pain a little. Actual repairs are expensive no matter where you go. The shop is very clean. The staff are all friendly and professional. I am not a mechanic but I know a lot about cars. I love the fact that they will listen to me and what I am saying and not treat me like I don't know anything. I appreciate the respect there. The technicians are obviously well-trained and skilled at their craft. They are a small, locally-owned shop, but this is not a fly-by-night, shade-tree operation. They are always willing to shuttle me home and pick me up later if repairs are going to take a while. Sometimes the communication isn't so timely when I'm sitting at home waiting for them to call, but they don't seem to mind if I call and bug them either. My experiences with them have all been positive. Highly recommended!

Before moving here, I have had nothing but positive reviews for the One in Plano Tx and the one in Mansfield Tx. Both my car and my truck all the tires have come from Firestone, and the only work I ever had done on my truck was at Firestone. I set up an appointment yesterday 9-22-23 for today 9-23-23 at the Firestone in Slidell La at 1350 Gause Blvd, Slidell, LA 70458 for 9:00 AM . I dropped my truck off at 8:30 AM and observed what vehicles were in the Bays and which vehicles were in the parking lot. The "manager" who I would later find out to be Ronald, was talking to another customer. Telling a story to him, I waited patiently, after the customer left he finally acknowledged that I was there and asked me if he could help me, in the middle of this process a news story came on the tv and he stopped helping me to watch the news, back to helping me again stopping to watch the news and commenting on the story. Never once did he tell me how long it would take, or anything other than "we will get it looked at" Now previously at another store I went in and was waiting my turn and the customer in front of me was told it would take a couple hours to get to, when it became my turn I asked how long and the gentleman there told me right away because you have an appointment. Back to this store. I leave my car and my wife and myself go and have lunch do some things and it is getting to be 1PM - 4 hours after my scheduled appointment, no one has called. So we stop back by. My car is sitting in the bay, the car in the front bay is not the one from the morning. Mind you I am supposed to have a simple diagnostic. I ask the "manager" if my car has even been looked at, he replies he doesn't know. He looks on his board and right outside his office and the work order is not there. He tells me it is in the bay, I ask him again has it been looked at. He again replies he doesn't know. He goes out and comes back and says no it hasn't been looked at , that there were other vehicles ahead of mine. I angrily told him I had an appointment at 9 am. He tells me that appointment is to drop off only, that is not how it works. I tell him I have dealt with Firestone for years that is how it works, to get me my keys. I ask him who is the manager. He replies that would be me, then I ask him, who is his boss that is who I want to talk to. He replies I will give you his name and number. When I go out to get my truck, out of the ear shot of the customers I again ask him for his bosses contact, he tells me to figure it out. I said really that is what you have to say to me, I will figure it out. He then yells at me that I will figure out that it all comes back to him. He refused to tell me his name or give me his bosses name. I had to get his name "Ronald" and His bosses name "Chris" from the 800 number. I am awaiting a call back from "Chris" supposedly. What he doesn't know is that I just moved here to start a major project, We have 90+ f-150's and f-250's that his store would have been doing the oil changes and tires on for the next 7 years. Depending on how his boss handles this I am also considering canceling my account and credit card completely with Firestone. I wouldn't let "Ronald" service anything of mine if they were giving the service away. I have worked and provided customer service for my entire life, this guy is a horrible manager and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. He is a liar and a hothead. I should have read the reviews before going to this store. It make me wonder how someone like that keeps his job? My case# through firestone is 2764686 all of my contact information is there. The lady from the 800 "Says, Ronald is a store manager and nothing more" So he is not the district manager or area manager. "TRIPLE PROMISE" RIGHT ON TIME? I think not!
