Says he won't charge me - But guess what ? The iron bar holding Motor together was broken in two pieces ! How did this happen? Guess will NEVER know the truth ... My daughter called me & said she handed owner the phone to explain everything to me - HE REFUSED- said he'd call me later .. guess I know now why his phone line was not accessible- Never did hear back from him !
