With the crazy warm weather we've been having they decided to come early this year. We had been using an independent guy for the past year and, after learning how dangerous unregulated pesticides can be, decided to go green. I submitted a request online and was called within hours. Think Green had Ray come out the next day to explain why we were experiencing the problem and how to fix it. He was friendly and patient with all of my questions and even led me to his car to look at the labels on all of their equipment. He explained state regulations and made it apparent how little the guy we were using before was following standard procedure. He made me confident that we had made the right choice. After the treatment, we had the house and our barn sprayed, the house smelled a little like a cross between a peppermint stick and cloves - a bit strong but MASSIVELY better than the stuff we'd used before. After treatment we received a welcome packet with a disc that contained all of their chemical labels. A week later we adopted a dog who came with a host of little friends - fleas! We'd already vacuumed, cleaned all of our linens and sprayed for fleas with something from the vet but I gave Think Green a call just to be sure. I think I spoke to Lance, who explained that we were doing all the right things and that it might be a waste of money to treat now when we may have eliminated the problem ourselves. Talk about honesty! Any other place would have taken advantage of the opportunity to charge more but they didn't - that was really impressive to me. They told me they would spray on their follow up service. Keep this in mind. My tenants told me that on the day our follow up service was scheduled, no one ever came. Britney at Think green told me that they were out there (Lance?) and that all the other apartments had no activity so they didn't need to be sprayed. Upon speaking with my tenants again, they insisted no one ever came. I call think green back and now they said that they came and sprayed one of the apartments but didn't spray the others because there was no activity. HOW DID YOU KNOW THERE IS NO ACTIVITY if YOU DID NOT GO INTO THE APARTMENTS TO CHECK!!!!? A classic game of he said/ she said. I gave them 2 stars because of the possibility i'm being lied to by my tenants, and the fact that i was told i would get a spray for all 6 units, as opposed to "there was no activity so we didn't have to do anything, you're an idiot for paying already". (they didn't say the last part, but that's how i felt, like an idiot for having already paid). I called them back, and was told that "i didn't know was i was talking about" and that i'm "clearly trying to scam them". I was told i would get a call back from (lance?) the manager but never did. Bottom line is my tenants still have roaches (2 month) later and they have my money, and i can't even get a call back. PLEase be aware!

Beware of this business owner: He flirts with postal service regulations and postal safety…read moremeasures by visiting neighborhoods and leaving his solicitations on people's outgoing mailbox flag. His solicitation consists of a hanging mechanism that he attaches to the outgoing postal flag and thereby affixes to the side of one's postbox. See photo. The business owner &/or his representative went out of his way to manipulate our outgoing flag and apparently jam his solicitation onto it -- It took some effort to dislodge the item without actually tearing it off. Your flag could easily be left in the neutral position, rather than in the up position: The unfortunate result is that your outgoing mail might never be picked up because of this rogue business's savage marketing scheme; and, the solicitation is affixed such that it obstructs the postal box/house number from clear view. P.S. Any attempt to contact the business owner to address the matter of postbox tampering is futile: Try calling the business number and you get a robotic message that blurts out the effect of, "All calls to this number go to voice mail. Leave a message."

The appointment was super easy to make (done via text, fantastic) & the price was ridiculously reasonable (also quoted via text with a picture). Rob was prompt, knowledgeable & shared not only info with us on the nesting habits of wasps, but he also let us see the inside of the nest when he was done (hub liked the thought but I was just sad....). We haven't had a problem since but if the need ever comes up again, we'll definitely give Cobra another call.

Started out excited--referred by Warwick Animal Control. Squirrels in attic. (We knew EXACTLY where…read morethese animals were getting in--observed them several times going through the roof side vents. Personal inspection of attic showed where they had chewed through flimsy screen that was there.) Initially service manager told me that they "do not" set traps in attic rather they set them outside. That was perplexing. Tech showed up (Michael) laughed when I told him what service manager said. Of course they set traps in attic-- which he did. The traps were there for 3 days, checked daily and even though I personally observed squirrels entering same vents--there were no catches. On the last day I had arranged for new vents with heavy gauge wire to be installed. In fact--this was done simultaneously immediately after Tech made last inspection and removed traps. We were disappointed after spending $325 (and $85 per catch) but felt confident that the attic was sealed and that this issue was resolved. It was not. We awoke today to hear furtive scratching and gnawing FROM INSIDE which meant a squirrel was trapped inside! Upon further inspection it was now discovered that the framing around attic entrance had also been broken by tech during his work. I called customer service asking about a refund...service manager responded arrogantly--requested to speak to owner--said he'd pass it on. 2 days later...Two calls into business today--no response. Finally a response from owner Jim Cardoza that was a total waste of time. This whole experience was a waste of time and money. UPDATE! Giant squirrel that was left in attic came down into my office and wreaked havoc. I attempted to collect it, but it jumped down, hit me in face, CUT ME and escaped back up into attic. I have video and pictures to post. It is still now trapped in attic! Contemplating going to hospital for rabies shots. Ugh!!
