After applying it to a bit of my deck I was concerned how light it was so I stopped applying it. Let it dry. There is no color to it. Just a clear coat on my deck. The store forgot to add tint to it. Instead of receiving walnut brown stain I got a gallon of "tintable neutral base" (i.e. clear). Contacted customer support and they confirmed online orders just get a can off the shelf. They don't tint it. THEN WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU LETTING ME SELECT COLORED STAIN TO BEGIN WITH. Seriously disappointing.

I don't from Home Depot a note like : "I am sorry you had a bad experience.......bla ..bla", I hope Home Depot talk to the lady in charge of the countertops and track her how important is a customer and how to manage a project. She needs to do like the lady who works in flooring. The crew of Hispanic installers of the countertop was awesome. So if you don't need financing my advise : go to a shop of granite and you will get a better attention.
