I probably overpaid for a Miracle Network 5 gallon pail and lid. I needed another for pellets and some of it goes to charity. It was turquoise and colorful. Also bought some Cold Spring bakery raspberry and white chocolate cookies and snickerdoodle cookies. They sell bottles of Ace water for 50 cents. This hardware store had a nice selection of men's clothes. The store was spacious and didn't have that dirty grease smell as you enter.

First time…read morecouldn't get through so I got a sales rep to answer my question after 5 mins of straight ringing. 2nd time was on a Saturday. Apparently service/parts is closed however it rang and rang with no voicemail, and nothing anywhere on website or phone system that told of hours or that the dept. was closed! Yet again, I had to get ahold of a sales rep to tell me they were closed. 3rd time on a weekday it rang for 8...not kidding 8 mins without an answer. I had to physically go to the store on my lunch break to check on the status of my chainsaw that had been there for almost 3 weeks, just to have them tell me a part was on order and it wasn't done yet! WTF!!! Seriously??? They could have called and gave me an update as to what was wrong and that parts were on order!
