One of the employees (I wish I had gotten his name!) spent a full 25 minutes with me, patiently helping me find the perfect match for the single screw I brought in. Where else do you find that kind of old-school service these days? They didn't try to upsell me, rush me, or make me feel like I was wasting their time--even though I was making a tiny purchase. The staff here clearly care about getting things right and helping customers, no matter how small the job. This place is a gem. Support local. Skip the big box stores.
