Factory home center does the best around. Great place to entrust your hard earned money to help keep families on both sides warm while we all endure the sophisticated world of commerces and timing alignment. Patience can carry people a long way. I definitely know the manager of FHC is definitely a good person to entrust. I value what this company brings to the community and to the families in need and I appreciate all the workers inside this company. Look no further even if a hiccup happens. Which one of us hasn't had a silly experience just trying to get something as simple as fuel from a gas station. So transitioning and new leaders in roles can adjust flow tho this company held with good people on the inside. Thanks to the FHC and your non quivering devotion to your community success! Keep up the great work!

When you buy, she has you sign paperwork that all inspections were done before they even start building the house. There was a large overpayment due to the bank we started with. They refused to return it for months until I said I would contact the State of Minnesota. Once the home was delivered there is supposed to be a walk thru by 30 days. It has been about 45 days and we just get excuses why she is not coming out. Most recently Kailey canceled by email at 12 midnight for an 8 a.m. appointment. We were also promised $1500 if we had the house delivered by June 1st which we did. Today is June 14th and we still have not received that. I have never spent that much money and had such terrible customer service in my entire life. Maybe other employees there are better but do not work with her. If there is any other way to buy a Schult home without going through them I would highly recommend it because Schult has been absolutely wonderful to work with.
