In mid-August we were told we were on the list & they would get to it as soon as possible. It is now January 21, 2021. We have called and stopped by several times since and were told that the person we needed to speak with wasn't available, but that someone would call us. No one ever called us. Fortunately it's a problem with a crack on the front panel that makes it difficult to open the door; otherwise the dishwasher works fine. However, the crack has become multiple cracks and it is more and more difficult to open the dishwasher. We have purchased several appliances from Halvorson's previously and never had a problem, but then we have never previously needed service for an appliance. Unfortunately, given our experience with them since June of last year, I will no longer do any business with them and I do not recommend them. One reviewer on Google Maps claims Halvorson's travels all the way to their house in the Twin Cities 2.5 hours away. I can't get them to travel to my house 5 minutes away--or even return my calls.
