Anytime I've gone in, I have a hard time finding what I'm looking for (hence the 4star instead of 5) because they carry a lot of stuff and a very diverse inventory. In addition, while I have a hard time finding stuff, I usually don't have a hard time finding someone to help me. I actually enjoy shopping here when I go. Its kind of a dangerous store though because of all of the stuff... I generally leave with items I hadn't planned on. Again, I just don't shop here often because of the parking lot situation and with the snow we had this year and the pile blocking aisles, traffic is even crazier! After experiencing poor customer service at a store adjacent to them, I thought I should check, just in case, if they had what I was looking for, because they do carry some sporting goods type items (again ... they have a lot of stuff). After pursuing the departments I thought my item would be in, I sought out help ... just to double check. I found a gentleman to help me and while he said they didn't carry what I was looking for, he made many recommendations on where I could go in town, or online to find my item.

I knew I was going out of town so arranged for a friend to be at my house but planter did not arrive. I called Ashley and Crystal for updates on delivery time. They said would talk to delivery men and get an updated time of arrival and call me back in 5 minutes. Almost an hour passed but they never called me back. Finally arrived about 5;00 when I had just gotten home. Great delivery guys, Rick and Dalton, but the planter was not the color shown to me originally! Instead of walking over to the end of the table she just said all "Plants to the end of the table and under are $5.99, except these which are $4.99 and these as she pointed." I explained that the person outside watering plants said it was $5.99 to which the register employee said she couldn't change the price. So, I walked outside and asked the employee if she happened to be a manager. She replied" well, yes, a department manager " Oh great you just told me all these plants to the end of the table are $5.99. NOW she walks to the end of the table and says "this one ?" So glad we bopped in. The quality is outstanding. The materials are guaranteed for decades. You don't have to bring it inside during MN winters. We ended up buying a counter top height which lifted our table and chairs to easily see above our deck railing but not as high as a high top table. Perfect choice. We also bought a color and style that they had in stock so we got a great price. If you want to go custom, you can have them build exactly what you want in a wide variety of colors. We added a cup holder (complete with even a slot for stemmed wine glasses) to our chairs. We chose two swivel and two glider rockers and I love them. I'm sitting in one now writing this review. As they are a small, family owned business they do not offer delivery, however we went to Home Depot and rented a truck for $20 and got our new purchase here safe and sound. They did have help available to load it in the truck and they bubble wrapped the chairs to simplify moving. Super happy with our choice.
