Never kept us up to date on what is going on! Made several attempts by calling and messages to the person that sold us the furniture, never returned any messages or calls! Terrible communication with us. Once we signed paperwork to buy, then they don't careless about you!!!! Get a hold of someone? Just get date after date after date! Still no furniture!!! Will never shop there again!!!!! Finally get a hold of sales person and she has attitude towards me about how she can't help it didn't come on the day it was suppose to!!!! When I was told different when purchased! Now it can't be helped and it will come when it comes! So FRUSTRATED!!! And I wait and wait! But they don't call and update you after the date it is to be in! You call them and get attitude and it's not there fault! Pass the blame! And yet another date! Wait! WAIT! Bought a lift chair from Slumberland in March 2023 for over $2,000 and bought their 5year extended…read morewarranty which was $230. The remote broke after 1 1/2 years. I contacted Slumberland and they told me that they warranty the chair for the first year and I would have to file a claim with their warranty company. It took the warranty company over3 months to get me a new remote. A little over a year later the motor gave out. I had to go through the same procedure and I had to wait over 4 months to get the motor and now I am suppose to call them and set up an appointment to schedule the tech to install the motor which will take another 2-3 weeks if they don't cancel the appointment and reschedule like has happened in the past. Will never shop there again!

The selection in the store never changes. Also the men's clothing is in a quarter of the space the women's clothing is. They offer very little in men's clothing and that to me is very disappointing. If I wasn't married I would probably never go in this store again. Even she has trouble finding things she likes.

I'll take the pretentious over entitled baristas at any of the surrounding Minneapolis locations over this location. I was in town to visit family and needed to get some shopping done. Once finished I wanted a cup of coffee. I waited in line forever because one of the girls (wearing a target uniform) didn't know how to make anything. She was laughing that she had been working on the registers and now she's behind the Starbucks counter. She was awful! If they aren't properly trained they shouldn't be back there. At one point, she was told what to do and responded with, "otay!" The lack of simple English on top of not listening what to do is not amusing. I shouldn't have to wait because of your incompetency. Once I finally got to the counter the girl at the register just bolts and goes somewhere in the store. I was left standing there unsure what do do. Finally the male barista helped me. I feel sooo bad if he has to work with these girls. This place is not what Starbucks is all about and they should be embarrassed to have employees like these.

Placed an order in the app. Received an alert after my pickup time window started saying my order…read moreis delayed. I can click on the link to check the status. The app won't let me see any updates. It just takes me back to the home page and gives an error in my orders. I called the number. No answer just busy. I wouldn't care so much except I had to drive a distance to get here and now there is no way to check updates: the window of time is now past. What does soon even mean? Like, should ai just go back home? I get that this is supposed to be a convenience but if it is not sustainable ... maybe not offer it? Still waiting for my groceries.
