If you get a good item at a good price and have bad customer service, you cannot give 1 star. I knew walking in we would be followed around and talked to instantly. Halfway through my order I called to check on my order and I asked once my order comes in how long for delivery. A lady said "a couple days". I stopped in a week later and added a piece to my order and asked the same question and was told at least 10 days. Let's get on the same page people! Delivery went great other than when they showed up they didn't come and knock or introduce themselves. They backed up and dropped the loading ramp right on my landscaping light and broke it. I told one guy and all he said was "He did that". If he would've dropped me a $20 I would probably give 5 stars. The customer service was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They made it easy to customize the pieces exactly the way I wanted and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The all-wood dining table and chairs are beautiful, and the craftsmanship is truly impressive. One of the chairs arrived with a small crack, but I was very impressed by how quickly and smoothly they resolved the issue. They are making a replacement chair, arranging delivery, and will take the damaged chair back at the same time. No hassle, no runaround--just excellent customer service.
