I assume this is Hom Furniture's clearance as it is connected to their store. They bake cookies on site and are free along with fountain pop, Apple juice and water. I bought it on Sunday and 4 days later (Thursday) the inpatients in it had died. It's surrounded by beautiful blue Laguna which is what attracted me in the first place. When I called, I was talking with an employee who wasn't sure what to do so she put me on hold and someone else came to the phone. This woman's tone was harsh and she came into the conversation with me rude right out the bat, when I gave her feedback she got defensive and told me she didn't what was going on so she needed to know the story. (Odd seeing as I was on hold and maybe they could have communicated to each other before she picked up the line) either way, she asked me to send her a picture...so I did (I'll insert below) she told me the plant was overwatered... weird because I've watered it 3/4 days and decided to take a 1 day break to see if that was the case, when I explained it to her she said well "he's saying then it's under-watered." Who is he? Why is there a round about answer? I'm frustrated. For the record I'm 27 and have never left a review in my life but I felt compelled.

We were looking at dining tables, she walked by us multiple times and she never asked if we needed any help. I had to seek her out to ask a question, she answered it and walked away. There was a set we were interested in and she just stood at the counter 100 feet away from us and never approached us. She clearly did not want to make a sale today. Terrible service for a small business. They clearly are not interested in selling furniture so don't bother going there.

Can I rate this place zero?!?! Cassiana Thurman kept giving…read moreus the run around and pretty much told me I was a liar. We bought almost $3000 of merchandise and she kept promising delivery. We did get a partial delivery tonight and when I called about our sofa she told me that we wouldn't get it before Thanksgiving but I called her out on it. I told her exactly what she told me on my drive to Duluth and she backtracked. I know people are human and make mistakes but I do NOT tolerate empty promises and being blamed for it. We moved into a new house and need more furniture. We will never step foot in this store again!!!
