In October I ordered a Refrigerator , Stove and Washer that were matched and In stock, with Covid…read moreeverything seems to be on back ordered but these were in stock, I asked for delivery on Dec 7th due to my working of town, day before delivery I received a call from trucking co stating that the refrigerator has not come in and I would have to contact Home Depot, When I did I found out that the Refrigerator was not in stock at the warehouse and they had no idea when they would get any in stock, subsequently I had to settle for another model which turns out was more expensive and did not fit the opening , I ended up having to cut down trim board to make it fit along with it having a smaller freezer compartment, I barely got everything from old regular fridge in the new one which was supposed to be bigger ! What I didn't understand is why if I paid for the items in October why was the Appliance sold, it should have been marked as sold already and held for delivery, very poor response from store concerning this issue.

We have been waiting for a repair to our dishwasher since June 2020. We were told in June that they…read morewere a little backed up, but that it would be repaired by the end of July. In mid-August we were told we were on the list & they would get to it as soon as possible. It is now January 21, 2021. We have called and stopped by several times since and were told that the person we needed to speak with wasn't available, but that someone would call us. No one ever called us. Fortunately it's a problem with a crack on the front panel that makes it difficult to open the door; otherwise the dishwasher works fine. However, the crack has become multiple cracks and it is more and more difficult to open the dishwasher. We have purchased several appliances from Halvorson's previously and never had a problem, but then we have never previously needed service for an appliance. Unfortunately, given our experience with them since June of last year, I will no longer do any business with them and I do not recommend them. One reviewer on Google Maps claims Halvorson's travels all the way to their house in the Twin Cities 2.5 hours away. I can't get them to travel to my house 5 minutes away--or even return my calls.
