In October I ordered a Refrigerator , Stove and Washer that were matched and In stock, with Covid everything seems to be on back ordered but these were in stock, I asked for delivery on Dec 7th due to my working of town, day before delivery I received a call from trucking co stating that the refrigerator has not come in and I would have to contact Home Depot, When I did I found out that the Refrigerator was not in stock at the warehouse and they had no idea when they would get any in stock, subsequently I had to settle for another model which turns out was more expensive and did not fit the opening , I ended up having to cut down trim board to make it fit along with it having a smaller freezer compartment, I barely got everything from old regular fridge in the new one which was supposed to be bigger ! What I didn't understand is why if I paid for the items in October why was the Appliance sold, it should have been marked as sold already and held for delivery, very poor response from store concerning this issue. read more

I will never purchase an appliance from them ever again. I paid over $800 for a Samsung washing machine that was damaged during installation. I was promised a reduced price on the washer because I agreed to accept the damaged machine. I have called Samsung 4 times getting nowhere so I turned to Home Depot for help. They in turn just connected me AGAIN to Samsung. Neither company is willing to assist me. $75 is all I asked for to be deducted from the price. Didn't happen. There are never any workers around to help. I walk aimlessly around the store until I end up finding what I need. Some customer service would be great. However, the 10% military discount is what keeps me coming back. read more

Honestly, this store had been one of the very worst stores for service I'd ever experienced. I dreaded going there and would do so only if I had no other option. Even when I knew just what what I needed, I couldn't get a clerk to help me and on more than one occasion, clerks would just walk away mid-stream and to talk with a friend. But, I just had the BEST shopping experience there EVER and wanted to note that. The woman who helped me Saturday was just fabulous. When she didn't know the answer to a Q, she enlisted another clerk who did and she made it her business to get us what we needed--all the way to the end. I hope she can be a model for the other staff there. Things must be looking up there for some reason!! read more

Previously I have had good experiences at this store. However, today my husband brought an item in to return and was told it was not returnable. This was after I specifically stopped in last week to clarify with the customer service desk whether or not it was returnable, because it was a large item so I didn't want to drive it there if not. We live 45 minutes away from the store. Travis would not budge today and would not allow the item to be returned when my husband arrived there. To me, good customer service would mean returning the item for us since it was their employee that misspoke and created a lot of extra work for us. I am disappointed in how this was handled on their end. read more
