It took 3 weeks (and several phone calls) to get someone out to take a look. It is now Nov 16th and I haven been waiting since September 14 for the part to arrive/get my dishwasher fixed. I call in every few weeks and continue to be told that the part has shipped and will be in early next week. (I was told that the part shipped on October 2nd and would be in early the following week, when I called on October 26, I was told that the part would ship on October 29th and they would be out early the following week) It is now Nov 16 and Quality is looking into it again. I am expecting that I will be told that the part will be shipping and coming in next week.... Every time I call, I get a new excuse as to why the part is not here yet (the last time I was told that sometimes things get lost (3x now!) Very irritated and will not be buying appliances from Quality in the future.

    Received a nonworking, used refrigerator NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I believed it was used because of…read moreit's condition, but I cant prove that. They reordered a new one, and gave me a dirty used one to use. My sale person said 6 weeks someone "in store" said 1 1/2 weeks before I would see a new one. (I was told the sales person was just being cautious.) After inquiring (a week later) they couldn't give me a delivery date. I canceled my order and was given a full refund. I am happy about that.... but that's it. This is the short version of what happened. I don't even want to think about all of the broken promises, dirty refrigerators and time consuming phone calls. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY!! I am just doing this review in hopes of saving someone else this hassle!!

We purchased the Frigidaire Gallery Series. It wasn't what we originally went in to purchase, but we were strongly swayed to purchase them. We were told that the products service history was so much better than the Magtag's product line. Dumb us, because we believed them. Our ice maker was defective. We learned about the models defective issues after we purchased the appliance. We were given a new replacement model, but it too had the very same defective ice maker in it. Two months after getting the new refrigerator we hand huge issues. it was 6 months before we could get the 2" blanket that went on the back side of the refrigerator to fix the issue. Now my over-sized appliance is sticking another two inches out from the wall. Yeah, real nice fix. At the same time my wonderful Gallery series gas stove crapped out. My husband has taken time off from work 4 times and STILL our dual ovens don't work. This is is now going on over 2 months. Two of the appointments that were scheduled by Benusa.... nobody even showed up. We call and would never get a response phone call back. These new appliances (refrigerator, dual oven gas stove, new dishwasher and new microwave) were suppose to be my dream kitchen. We replaced all of our previous 20 year old appliances that STILL were working for what was supposed to me by stainless steel dream appliances. We have had them less than 3 years and they and the horrible service has been less than a dream. My final comments would be "buyer beware" horrible products and even worse service.

They generally sell…read moremost anything you need in terms of home repair/construction/etc. They have a large lighting section, electrical, plumbing, flooring, appliances, paint, hardware, outdoor, garden, decor, windows, doors, power tools, insulation. You name it, they probably sell it. Their extensive lumber yard out back carries roofing materials, siding, lumber, and a lot more. I've found the staff, when you can find them, more helpful than Home Depot. Over the years, we've purchased doors, insulation, wiring, plumbing, lighting, garden plants, fertilizer, and a lot more from this store. They offer handy rebates that you can utilize to get more for your money. I'd estimate that we've saved hundreds, if not thousands of dollars using rebates. They also sell a lot of holiday decor, though I disagree with putting Christmas decor out before October.

UNFORTUNATELY, the service repair is contracted to CROSSTOWN! I was scheduled from 8am-12pm TODAY. I received a call from Crosstown who said I was not on the schedule and I argued that I was. The dispatch lady from CROSSTOWN had to call me back and when she did she stated there were 2 tickets for my repair one was in fact scheduled for TODAY FROM 8AM-12PM and the other one wasn't scheduled so she canceled the unscheduled ticket. I was to receive a call when the service guy was 30-20 minutes out. I never received a call so I called CROSSTOWN and the guy (Jordan) was a JERK and told me that he was going to cancel my ticket since he didn't know when the service guy was going to be here. I told him DO NOT CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT and demanded to know when the tech was going to be here. I am now being told it will be between 1 and 3pm today. This is HORRIBLE customer service!!! And now that they saw my review they canceled my service all together!! Oh Jordan how about you tell the truth! Here's my email confirming my appointment for today from 8am-12pm!! Why would I need to contact you BEFORE my appointment? CROSSTOWN called ME this morning SE the photo below of my call log from CROSSTOWN not vice versa! You had 2 tickets for my address one that was scheduled for today from 8a-12p and one that was scheduled. You're dispatch canceled the unscheduled ticket. I called when I hadn't heard from the tech by 1140am to see why I hadn't heard from him and when he would be here as I am missing now a full day of work for your pettiness!
