(I was told that the part shipped on October 2nd and would be in early the following week, when I called on October 26, I was told that the part would ship on October 29th and they would be out early the following week) It is now Nov 16 and Quality is looking into it again. I am expecting that I will be told that the part will be shipping and coming in next week.... Every time I call, I get a new excuse as to why the part is not here yet (the last time I was told that sometimes things get lost (3x now!) Very irritated and will not be buying appliances from Quality in the future.

They are all too willing to push it off on to someone else. Still no call on when dishwasher will be fixed. Quality still says they won't do anything. No urgency on anyone's part to fix their glaring issue. Now it's been another week and nothing. I'm recommending to my parents we get people to disconnect dishwasher and dump it in their parking lot. Right as I give them notice they are being sued.

Pros: Service guy was nice and unclogged the drain. Con: I spoke with the owner what needed to be done because I knew it was roots that was causing the problem. Told him I need a snake that can remove roots. He said it would be between $250-$300. They showed up around 9:00 am and had everything cleaned up and out of the house around 10:15 am. Technician tried to charge me $375 saying it was 2 hours of work, when I was told it would be $300.00 max and a lot of the time was wasted due to their equipment not working and the technician trying to fix the attachment at the end of the snake. Equipment was old and literally broke after one use. I paid with cash and asked for a receipt and the tech said they were going to send me an invoice in the mail, but I think he meant receipt. I called back to make sure it was a receipt and not an invoice that they were sending out because I had already paid for the service. Owner gets mad at me and starts yelling profanity over the phone dropping f bombs every other word, because I told him I did not want to pay the $375.00, when he quoted me over the phone $300.00 and a large portion of their time spent was trying to fix the snake that broke right away. There were other issues also but when the owner of the company goes off swearing every other word and will not even let you talk that is when there is no point in supporting them anymore.
