Shawn did a project for me that initially looked like a long term fix. After I saw some settling a year or so later I reached out to Shawn and he agreed to come out and take a look. After the meeting Shawn said he would be out within about two weeks to come take care of the issue with a little more lifting. Now a year later after texts, phone calls and emails that have all been ignored I am sitting with an issue and no warranty repair. Shawn was eager to talk about his warranty and his website boats of an industry leading 5 year warranty but do not believe it! It is just sad because my fix is so easy and he is still has no follow through and does not care about honoring our contract. Look elsewhere for your project.
