This Home Depot is the closest to our house, and we have experienced consistent customer service,…read morecleanliness and organized aisles for the 15yrs we have lived in Marietta. We recently had our back deck rebuilt. Home Depot had everything our installer requested with competitive pricing (compared with Lowe's and Metro Building). Our first large lumber order was placed online and delivered directly to our driveway for $79 + $30 so we could specify the delivery window. Our installer didn't give much notice when he was ready for the deck, railing and balusters. The lumber crew was so helpful, offering to cart the 2x10x16s and 2x4x16s I needed before 7am and help load them into my Expedition EL. For the 66 deck pieces and balusters, I was able to order online for my installer to pick up without issue. Once the deck was complete, we returned the few extra items with ease. We love this Home Depot and appreciate their continued excellence.

Waited for help, went to the front ask where I could get a cart. The young man pointed outside said they're out there. They were outside and all the way across the parking lot, he offered no help at all Went back once I had my cart asked someone to meet me at the pressure washers. He said OK and started talking to his coworker again 10 minutes later and no one met me there so I left very unhappy. I didn't see anyone here that looked like they were in charge or anyone who looked like they cared.

The "hardwood" which ended up just being laminate just wore away in over 100 spots. The photos show just a fraction. The inspector told us we should be able to scrub with a green scouring pad. We never did that as just wiping water up with a paper towel caused damage. Some even under a rug that has never moved. Don't waste your money

First off, their website is terrible. It is impossible to navigate. Most of the links redirect back…read moreto the top of the page. This is probably the only site left on the internet not using HTTPS. They do list catalogs for each of their vendors. But as an customer service rep told me, they don't carry everything their vendors sell. If you are looking for a specific type of product (say sheet goods) you have to search each vendor's catalog. After talking with a rep on the phone, I was even less impressed with the company. Each location carries different stock, so the company doesn't provide a physical catalog or a PDF (so you are stuck combing through things on their website). So for each item that you want, you have to call and ask if it is available, and if not come up with another option. I was also surprised at how little they did carry. I was looking for OSB and was told that the Atlanta warehouse didn't stock OSB, in any size. I was also told that I would be charged retail price unless I setup an account, which requires filling out an application. Why make people jump through these hoops? There are so many other lumber delivery options in the city I can't understand how this place is still in business.

The staff are quick to identify what you need and where to locate it. Pricing on some items can beat Amazon and the big box stores, but not all items. You have to shop and price compare. He showed me where it was and wanted to hurry back to the front with it in his hand without letting me even look at it. I stopped him saying I needed to compare the product to what I had to make sure it was the right one. There were multiple options and no differentiating description on the front. You also couldn't see it fully without opening it up so I was trying to make sure I had the right one. I did not want to come back or have to go somewhere to replace it. He kept rushing me and when I went to take the product to look at it, he held onto it until I had to pull it out of his hand. He literally pressed his fingers together gripping it. It was very clear he did not want me touching any of the product in the store. I guess he thought I was going to grab it, stuff it down my leggings, rush past him and out the store. It was $7. I had no purse and had my wallet and keys were in my hand so I have no idea where his imagination was going. After I looked at, I was decided to try it so turned to talk to the front check out and he grabbed it out of my hands to walk it to the front. I typically shop here because the Lowes is far but I'll take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't want to frighten the old white men with my presence. Fox News must have told him every POC wants what they have and will steal it right in front of them in broad daylight. In reality, I would rather not speak or deal with you either.
