One of the reasons I purchased from this business, they offered a 90 day warranty. I had one issue with the water level knob not moving from small loads. No problem, they came out in a couple days. My next problem was the washer leaving lint on my clothes. I have made four (4) calls thus far to no avail! Now, all I get is voicemail, I leave a message and get no response what so ever! So, I suppose they just use the 90 day warranty to get you to make the purchase from them and then they do not honor the warranty! Beware before you make a purchase from this company! Worst service I have encountered in a long time. We ordered some items 3 weeks ago only to be…read more told it would take a week to get the furniture. On the Friday the day our stuff is supposed to be in, I called 4 separate times to see if our stuff was in and was told that they would give a call back when they finished their inventory. Never received a call back. Next went into the store only to be told that one of the items did not come in and I would need to wait another week for it. So I chose something different that they had in the store, too be delivered on Monday. Monday now and no delivery, call the store to speak with the manager about the delivery status. He informed me that they couldn't deliver my stuff today but they could on Tuesday night and that if I didn't want that then I could come get my money back or get a store credit. Find a different store to use!
