All repair parts for the dryer arrived, and repair parts for the washer were delayed until 3pm. The dryer repair alone was going to take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours due to the rollers on the drum needed replacing. At 1:15pm, I called the technician and was told he refused to arrive until all parts were delivered, despite all parts for the dryer already being here and the washer parts being delivered within the next 2 hours. The technician consistently told me I had to reschedule the washer repair, even if the parts arrived while he was there. I contacted the warranty company, and they placed me on a 3-way call with the technician while I muted my phone. The technician told the warranty company I agreed to reschedule the repair window from 3pm to 4pm (which was a lie), and technician referred to me as "crazy" and "stupid" while I was on the phone. They are no longer coming to my house, and have lost the service call. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
