This Home Depot has lots of gas chainsaws from top brand names to more affordable models that don't require heavy usage. They also have electrical type chain saws as well by heavy industrial brand names like Milwaukee. The customer service was top notch from an associate that was helpful in helping me decide which model was best for me

Quit using Covid to save your way to prosperity it won't work. I'll just give my son his birthday gift tomorrow after his birthday. Shame on me for figuring they were open till at least 9 o'clock. I ordered it at 7:30 and they said it would be ready in an hour, but they didn't say they would be closed by then you think the system could put two and two together but then again, maybe I would've canceled the order and went somewhere else. I guess that's why they do that or they just don't care. I used to love Best Buy. I'd go over there for appliances and TVs for audio equipment for computers and I knew I was spending more than I wouldn't say Amazon, but it didn't matter cause it was a cool experience to go into the store, I would say the management of this retailer is about a stale as their stores are looking inside. Somebody needs a new CEO maybe a whole new C suite. Maybe an employee structure who knows but they're dying and they'll be gone soon and that's a shame.

I bought a set of Speed Queen commercial grade washer/drier and I couldn't be more pleased. Most of the appliances sold at the big stores these days are designed with plastic parts that fail within a few years. The Speed Queen machines are old fashioned built to last quality. The staff here were very knowledgeable and helpful like you'd expect. As soon as I'm ready to replace my refrigerator, I'll definitely be back to shop here.

I called in every couple of weeks asking for an update and each time was an excuse that the wheel they tried somehow was defective three times over. When I finally had enough and asked to speak to the business owner, they refused and claimed that he was conveniently on vacation. I picked up my vacuum only to find out that it still had the original wheels on it and had obviously not been worked on for 90 days, and offered me only a partial refund when it had been paid in full up front. Their excuse when I went in person to pickup the vacuum? That they had limited technicians so couldn't find time in over 3 months to repair when they estimated one week initially. Avoid this business like the plague.
