Greg, Myron, Elvis, Jamie, and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly. Initially, we intended on purchasing on a 2017 Alltrack SE. We scheduled a time with Amanda, and arrived excited to see the vehicle. It turned out it was still in transit. (Or so we thought.) We test drove the same car, but as an automatic (we required manual). Eager to begin negotiations, Greg informed us that the vehicle that we came to test drive (with the intent on purchasing) had already been sold! He wouldn't sell it to us. We understood, and I respect his integrity and care of an existing customer. We shifted our focus to a GTI Autobahn. We purchased the car, but it was missing a key! We purchased and took the car home on Tuesday, but it wasn't until Monday the following week that the issue was solved. It took two trips (140 miles total), and many hours in the dealer each time to solve them. In the end, it all could've been solved without the traveling, via mail and telephone. If you're a salesman, Greg is a model guy. Friendly, informed, but WILL NOT budge on price. Very skilled, but very frustrating. Sadly, though, as much as I'd like to, when we buy another car (which we will be soon), I don't see us returning to Northampton VW. Lack of willingness to negotiate, and organization in solving our issues are the reasons behind that. There are many other dealers around, and though they likely won't be as friendly (it'd be hard to beat this team!), price and organization is more important and they were simply not competitive in those respects. In the end, Greg worked with us to solve the issue, friendly and supportive the entire time. It just could've been handled more smoothly in my opinion, and saved us much of time and hassle. We bought a certified VW Atlas from Jason Leclair who could not be more professional and easy to deal with to go along with his infectious and funny laugh and demeanor. The process from start to finish was flawless and we are happy with our car. The service dept put tires on a few days after and noticed the brakes were going to be needing to be replaced soon so David, the general manager, took it upon himself to authorize the repair without a charge. Terrible. I leased an ID4 from them and for over three months it's been beeping incessantly while I'm driving. It's driving me crazy. They say they can't fix the issue and are "waiting on corporate." They refused to provide a loaner car, or refund any of my high payments to help alleviate the issue, and just told me to contact corporate myself as if it's my job and not theirs. It also has a number of other irritating issues such as, the back handles hurt your hands when you try to open the door if it's not unlocked, there is no proper button to unlock all 4 doors at the same time, it give notifications that are not accurate for no reason, and the key fob flies off your keychain unexpectedly so very easy to lose it. When I bring in the car, the staff looks at each other knowingly and says "ID4 issues." So yeah I feel like they knowingly sold me a problem vehicle just to get it off the lot. Definitely not going to lease or buy from these guys again. read more

At first, everything seemed great with this dealership. I even left a positive review because the car-buying process went smoothly and the staff seemed helpful. Unfortunately, that all changed just a week later. The car started having issues with the front end. I brought it back, and they claimed it was the control arm and fixed it. Then they said it was the brakes and rotors. After all that, I drove it home -- and the problem was still there. When I called them again, they tried to say I opted out of a tire rotation and wheel alignment -- which is completely false. I never declined that service. That's just negligence on their part, and now they're trying to shift the blame instead of taking responsibility. To make matters worse, they refuse to provide a loaner car -- even though the vehicle I'm making payments on has barely left the shop. Their solution? Use Lyft. That's unacceptable, especially when this was my son's first car-buying experience. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into a complete nightmare. Our purchase of an ID.4 two years ago was seamless. However, the Service Department is terrible. Last year, I had to wait for 6 hours at the dealership for the servicing to be completed (I was the first appointment of the day). This year, I scheduled the car to be picked up. In spite of receiving emails and texts the day before confirming our appointment, no one ever came. After several calls, I was told that my appointment was not on the schedule and I must have been mistaken. Yesterday, the same thing happened. But this time, the service department showed my appointment on the schedule and told me that they would get back to me. After three calls, no one ever got back to me. Update 4/23/25: I received a call from Nate, new General Sales Manager, wanting to understand what happened. This was perfect timing bc I had just received a bill from the state for $300 for registrations fees (the dealer registered the car and the fees were supposed to be included in total price of the car). Not only did Nate take care of that bill, giving me a tracking number for the check (I'll update if it actually gets paid or not) but he also listened to me go on for about 15 minutes about my experience and then explained all the issues he felt needed to be addressed. Honestly, a refreshing experience. So, if you decide to go there, make sure Nate is still the manager. Update 4/2/2025: Adding a star because hours after posting this, Joshua reached out to say they were sending the thumb drive with all my docs and the 2nd key via FedEx, which I received today. The original contact (that I signed) had been amended to not include the TommyCar $100k/3year warranty. This place is shady af. Especially Frank Marvici, the sales manager. He's like a carbon copy of every sleazy salesman you've seen on TV - all smiles on the outside, all rage on the inside. While working on the finance package he randomly starts talking about how all kids these days are entitled brats, like what bro? Where do I even start. 1. Wrote down in the estimate that breaks and battery need replacement but never put it into the "we owe" - had to redo the contract to get it in there 2. Wrote into the contract that the car comes with "TommyCar" $100k, 3 year warranty. Then 2 days after purchase, I get a text from Sean Lynes, the salesman, saying that the car doesn't qualify for TommyCar warranty bc it's more than 5 years old. 3. Now they are giving me the run around with getting copies of my contract and loan documents - day of sale they said they would put everything on a thumb drive and give to me when they deliver. Day of delivering no thumb drive or paperwork and no 2nd key. I called the showroom, talked to Joshua who said he was the one who took the car in from the previous owners and I quote "I'm pretty sure they gave me a 2nd key". As of now no copies of any of my documents and no 2nd key. Frank finally returns my text saying he is emailing me all my documents - still nothing. 4. PAID $987 IN DOC FEE TO NOT GET ANY COPIES OF MY DOCUMENTS 5. We agreed on a price and terms within 20 minutes of my test drive - yet they kept me waiting there for 2 hours before I could even start the contract and loan documents. For why? I had been happy with this dealer until recently. My ID.4 was scheduled to have a fairly major software/hardware update and a glass roof repair when I dropped it off. I was told to expect a MONTH before getting it back. I'm now entering my SEVENTH week without the car. The dealers one certified mechanic to work on EV's quit after doing HALF of my car's update. None of their other techs can work on the car. Last week they finally got a replacement tech and now I'm told they can't complete the work because the required 12v battery is out of stock at the distributor. Of course they could have ordered the part six weeks ago but no one thought that far ahead. Now they have NO ETA for getting my car fixed. I've been driving an awful Taos loaner all this time which for a new car is truly terrible. On top of it all they have about 20 brand new ID.4's sitting on their lot with the correct batteries in them, but they won't take one of those and put the delayed replacement battery back in that car once they receive it. Basically they're willing to inconvenience me--but not themselves. If you're considering an EV I'd recommend you look elsewhere for a dealer to buy from. This one is unprepared for the EV transition and dragging their feet on bringing their tech's up to speed. Upper management and owner are not paying attention while the service dept. goes down. Oh...one other important note. The same person owns the Hyundai, Volvo and Nissan dealerships locally. Beware. read more

I was looking for a pre-owned VW Arteon with a specific interior color and since this is not a popular vehicle, it lead us to an online car search. I found the exact car with low mileage and a competitive price at Northampton VW but was leery of purchasing a car sight unseen, as I was located in Indiana. After speaking with the sales manager about shipping costs, reviewing the Carfax which showed the car was purchased from and always serviced within this dealership, we decided to proceed. I worked with a nice salesman and requested photos of any imperfections on the car, as the car was dirty in the listing photos and it was difficult to see details. He provided a video of the car initially when it was still dirty in which he didn't note any damage, and sent me an updated one the next day after the car's detail. He disclosed one small scratch to the back bumper as being the only imperfection on the car (video attached). After being satisfied with the condition of the car, we proceed to purchase paperwork. The salesman was very attentive through this process and although the process seemed very messy with overnighting paperwork back and forth to them, it seemed to be going well when we signed on 4/6/23. After we overnighted the paperwork back, the deal started to fall apart. There was an error in mileage on the paperwork which resulted in resigning everything and mailing back and forth again and as of 4/24/23 we were still dealing with paperwork. I requested an update multiple times and was never given a straight answer. At one point I was told by the dealership that the carrier had a breakdown resulting in a delay of 5 days, but once I spoke with the carrier, they indicated this never happened. The car finally shipped and arrived on 5/17/23. Since the paperwork was all dated 4/6, I had to carry insurance on the car since that time, and had already made my first payment before the car ever arrived. 41 days from initial signing to delivery seems absurd, however; we figured that was the price we pay for not buying in person. This would have all been water under the bridge had the car arrived in the condition it was sold to us in (or so we thought). Immediately upon arrival we noticed two large dents in the passenger side of the roof and road rash on the front drivers side bumper. I immediately text the salesman and received no response. I called the carrier as well, thinking this had happened in transit. He opened a claim the day of arrival and within 24 hours had determined the damage was present upon pick up and provided pictures of proof. My husband and I contacted both Josh Gamache, General Manager, and Rob Brown, General Sales Manager who said we purchased a used vehicle and there was nothing they were going to do about the undisclosed damage. At that point I contacted VW customer care who was very respectful of the situation and filed a formal complaint with the dealership, including photos and details of the situation. VW said the dealership should reach out within 48 hours, however; each VW dealership is independently owned so there was very little VW could do aside from file the complaint. 48 hours passed and we never heard from the dealership. This week we had the damage to the roof and front bumper fixed to the tune of $1000. Had we been looking in person, we would have never purchased this car. In the era of Carvana and reputable online car sales which disclose ALL issues, we trusted Northampton to do the same, and that was our mistake. Their refusal to acknowledge the damage and make things right is their mistake. Unfortunately the review will only let me upload photos. Decided to trade in my mustang for something little bit more friendly on the wallet, spent a few hours looking at options and when nothing stuck i was shown a 2018 WRX which i very much had my eye on but did not think it was in the options but that changed. When i was shown the WRX the vehicle had an aftermarket exhaust installed, to which i asked the sales person if they could sell the vehicle with it. I was told " If you want us to take it off we will " to which i replied with a firm " No ". after making sure the vehicle would fit the budget we decided to go with it. The next day we stopped by to fill out the paper work an return later that day to pick up the vehicle. After being told the Vehicle would be 100% ready to go, i return around 5 an told the vehicle is still being cleaned for another 30 minutes. No big deal. When the vehicle is brought out to me the Exhaust was taken off an put into the trunk, to which i had firmly stated i did not want the exhaust taken off. After speaking with the salesman he spoke with his boss an said after it was inspected it would be put on free of charge. 7 days later the vehicle is still not finished with registration, i was unable to drive my vehicle even though the plates where being transferred because the Dealer never gave me back the Reg to put into the WRX to show the plates being transferred. The Paperwork was done by day 2 but was sitting on someone's desk for 7 days. After calling multiple times to the salesman who sold me the car to find out when the car would actually be registered and continuing to be told " Its not ready yet an hung up on " I finally got a phone call from someone else who said its been done this whole time an would email it over. Come to find out It has the wrong address on it. On top of those issues, the dealership never contacted my lender to even let them know i was buying the vehicle. Thankfully they told me i have 30 days before a negative hit on my credit report for missing a payment ( which the vehicle was sold a full week before payment was needed ). Safe to say i wont be back after this treatment. All they cared about was a Sale. After that they could careless what happens. read more

The experience of purchasing my Jetta from Northampton Volkswagen has been painful from the moment I stepped onto the sales floor, to exceptionally pointless conversations with the service department (of which there were several because this car is disappointingly falling apart at an alarming rate). Most recently, was quoted $150 ish for a diagnostic visit-reasonable-but would only schedule with a 4 hours minimum- $600 to diagnose and provide a quote?! Was seen at another local garage, had problem diagnosed, mechanic called Volkswagen America for me to inquire about possible warranties and to report the early failure of the turbo system (there isn't one), changed my oil, and provided a loaner car (not a bike), all for less than $90. Also gave me a quote for the repair that came in $700 under Northampton VW. Can't recommend Pleasant Street Auto in Ludlow enough. Will never get another vehicle from the Volkswagen Northampton family. read more

I bought a car from this dealership and within a month of having it and less than 1000 miles, my axle had to be replaced. The service department and sales department did nothing to help me and told me I'm on my own. The noise from the broken axle was heard since I bought the vehicle and the dealer still refused to cover any costs of repair. When you buy a vehicle that has gone through a safety check you would think that you're buying a vehicle safe and ready to drive on the road and this dealership is not the case. As other folks have mentioned previously 'that car' is not longer available, although it was on the same day that I saw the advertisement, ok, maybe it isn't. There were plenty of 2018s available so I took a test drive, was talking to the salesman, and they appraised my current car. Then the closer came by and informed me that I was thousands under water on my current vehicle, which I was not, and asked me how much I was looking to pay per month for a car. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR CAR! We purchased a used car from NoHo VW several weeks ago. We live in New York and were happy to solidify most of the details over the phone before we came in. My experience after buying the car has not been a good one. We waited a few days to get the car delivered as it needed some brake service and were happy to wait while the issue was being taken care of. The dealership team was not responsive over the few days after the sale and was disappointed in this (big shock they weren't concerned about us after the papers were signed). On the first delivery attempt (8/5/19), the delivery driver came to New York and I spent several hours with him at the local DMV. When he arrived, all of the paperwork that I requested to be amended to show the correct mileage was not correct and ultimately, we were not able to register the vehicle. The car had to go back to Massachusetts. Several days later (8/7/19), a second delivery attempt was made with correct paperwork and the car was successfully registered. When the car was delivered to our home, there was noticeable damage to the rear driver-side bumper that was not present when we purchased the car. I immediately took photos and sent these over to both the Customer Service representative that we had worked with as well as the Sales Manager Ashley who handled our purchase on 8/7/19. The Customer Service representative confirmed receipt of these photos and let me know that the Sales Manager would reach out to me on 8/8/19 when she was back into work. It took a week to get a response. We were offered $150 to cover the costs. I had several estimates done locally and the repair came back at around $1100. We purchased a 2020 atlas cross sport during Covid and did our best to chalk up the poor sales experience to Covid and related issues but things just never got better the vehicle turned out to be a complete lemon resulting in the dealer taking the vehicle back and giving us a second 2020 cross sport within the first few months of ownership every subsequent experience only got worse service Appointments were missed complementary details never happened. The overall poor experience resulted in us trading the vehicle in to get away from the dealership and how we were treated. We are currently still awaiting a refund for an extended service contract and have filed a complaint with VW corporate. I ate $2000 to walk away from a deal with this dealership. Their motto is laughable. From salesperson (Melissa), to sales manager (Dan), to owner (Carla), our experience was atrocious. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to do business with them. I should've read these reviews before even stepping into this dealership. Every review before me is dead on. The ability to communicate, or at the very least, return a phone call, is something they simply refuse to do. I had to go to VW corporate to get them to do anything. At that point, I felt it necessary to cancel my contract and walk away. I was misled from day 1. Salesperson was trash. Sales manager was indifferent. Hung up on by the owner. I've worked in the auto industry for 24 years. I'm mortified by my experience with Northampton VW. Hell would freeze over before I'd give them my business, or recommend them to anyone else. This has been a complete nightmare and I regret walking into Northampton Volkswagen every single day. My experience below is detailed and long so strap in. I was ready to buy a car in June of 2019. I was about to make a major move to Los Angeles and would need a reliable car to get there and to get me around once I was settled in. I decided to check out a 2014 VW Golf that was advertised and after filling out some questions on their website I was quickly contacted by a salesman named Eric. I went in, took the test drive and with everything working fine we agreed on a total of $10,400 plus around $550 tax for the purchase price. I had $4,000 cash to put down that day and financing was set up along with the insurance and inspection. Like all dealerships do, I was asked more than once about adding things on to increase the price but I was clear that I didn't want anything added that would increase the price from what it was when we settled. I explained I was making a cross country move soon and was on a budget that I had to keep under control. I signed all the paperwork and had my car in 6 days. It wasn't until I was involved in an accident this past February that I realized a $4,000 service warranty had been included into my purchase price without my knowledge. If I had read the contract carefully I would have seen it, but the way these papers were being handed to me and explained I took a quick look at each and just signed. At the signing I saw my total price plus tax was around $11,000 but I stupidly thought that that was before they deducted the down payment of $4K I put down. What they did was put my $4,000 down payment towards the warranty, making my total over $15,000! Seriously, who goes into a dealership and wants all the money they have to put down on the car to be put towards a service warranty!? A $4,000 warranty on a $10,400 car???? To make matters worse, my father offered to take care of the car payments until I was set up in CA, so I didn't see any of the paperwork with the payments being deducted until after the accident when he sent it all over to me. I couldn't believe how much I still owed on the car and that's where I saw this service warranty included. I was livid. My car was hit and declared a total loss. The appraisal was only $9200, leaving me with $1500 that I still owe on the car! This is after 7 months of payments of $230. If they hadn't included this warranty I would be getting a check for my totaled car instead of still owing on it. I wanted my money back. I contacted the Customer Service lady Melanie Zoelck and she was aplogetic but claimed she had nothing to do with that and gave me the phone number to Douglas Freeman who is supposedly in charge of financing and the person to talk to with my problem and complaint. Trying to contact Mr Freeman was impossible. He didn't answer any of my numerous calls and better yet, he doesn't have a voicemail set up so you can't leave him a message. I again contacted Melanie Zoelck and explained that I couldn't get a hold of Doug Freeman or leave a message for a callback. She then stated that she could, in fact help me and would send me a cancellation form for the warranty and that I could fill it out and email it back to her. This was the beginning of April. I filled it out and sent it back within the day and then got a response email that Northampton VW will be closing because of Covid-19. I have sent FOUR follow up emails and have heard nothing back from anyone there. The way these warranties work is that you have 3 months to cancel for a refund, but after that they give you a partial refund based on how many miles you've put on the car. I won't get the full $4K back. I worked at a rooftop restaurant for a year in the blazing hot NYC sun and freezing cold winter nights in order to save up the money to purchase a car. To deal with dishonest people at a dealership as large and well-known as Northampton Volkwagen is a complete let down and if I had come on here and read many of these other Yelp reviews full of terrible experiences with this shady dealership, I would've definitely stayed away. It has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had when doing business with a so-called professional company, and it's ongoing so I don't even know what the outcome will be. So far my experience with this place has been worse than I, or anyone I describe it to can imagine. I should've been on my guard and more observant of the paperwork and the totals but you don't expect something like this to be done. I didn't think I had to worry about a four thousand dollar warranty being included after refusing any and all add-ons. To take my down payment and buy a warranty instead of doing what I stated I wanted done with it is just plain wrong. To not remedy the situation when confronted about it is a whole different level of dishonesty and I hope nobody else has to go through this. This dealership is a perfect example of why car dealers have such a lousy reputation. I took my car to get serviced. Everything I asked them to look at was a "$59.99 Diagnosis fee" right off the bat. I am glad to pay for mechanic's time to work on my car, but this is just wrong. I had three broken things, two were very minor. They wanted to charge me $180 just to look at the issues. This review would have 5 negative stars if that existed. Long story, but here it is. My 2011 Jetta diesel suffered an ignition lock out. Apparently, according to my local independent shop sometimes the electronic key and electronic ignition stop talking to one another. (I moved to Greenfield a year ago and this repair shop is one mile from my house.) This required a dealer to fix so it was towed to Northampton VW on a Friday morning. It arrived before 11 am. They did not look at the car on Friday. They were short staffed. Only one person could work on my car and that individual was not in. There were customers who had appointments before me. (And apparently they did not create an appointment for me. I was just a "tow-in," which apparently made my needs second class) Saturday they did not look at it, nor on Monday nor on Tuesday. By Tuesday evening I was so enraged, and stressed that I had been ranting imaginary angry conversations with the manager, I called the Langan VW dealership in Glastonbury, CT, 90 minutes away. I had lived in Hartford and had a 2o year relationship with them. They said, "Oh, we can fix that tomorrow." I tried to call my service rep at Northampton, but it was two minutes after 5, she was gone for the day, and her voice mailbox was full. The next morning I had the Jetta towed the 90 minutes to Glastonbury (Thank Goodness for AAA!!) and they had it fixed ONE HOUR after it arrived. "Oh, we just re-programmed the key and the ignition. By the way, your battery is a bit weak, do you want to replace it now?" So, not only did I not have my vehicle for five days (including Sunday), I had to cancel or reschedule five appointments, get several rides to the grocery store, the vet for medication for my elderly, ailing dogs AND arrange for a ride 90 minutes away to pick up my car after it was done. It is impossible to describe my aggravation, and there are no words for how badly I feel I was treated by Northampton VW. OK--if they are short staffed, that falls on the shoulders of management. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. My car went in for service on Halloween for $2,500. Last week, less than 2 months after, my car was overheating and steaming from the engine. When they called me to tell me what was wrong, Aimee from service started finger pointing saying I declined the service back in October, which is completely false. I have the service invoice to prove it. They were aware of the necessary repairs in October yet failed to perform them and as a result their negligence in failing to do the repair has caused an additional $4,000 in damage and left me without a vehicle. They're now telling me I'm responsible to pay for the repairs when in fact, they saw the need for the repair in October but told me I had a year before I would need it. Well, it's been less than 60 days and now they're trying to blame me. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. DO NOT GO HERE! They talk to you in circles and try to make you feel like it's on you when it's not. They need to take responsibility for this massive mistake. I WANT OUT OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! read more

I bought a used 2013 Ford Explorer on Dec 3rd 2020 and traded in my current vehicle at the time towards this vehicle. I was called by the dealership today 12/28/20 and asked to come down to fill out paperwork they forgot to have me fill out. While there doing that, I was asked for my keys so they could look at my vehicle When they came back in they had my license plates and said I couldn't get my vehicle back! Joe the sales manager said the bank isn't paying them for the vehicle anymore so they are taking it from me, after I already have it in my name and paid RMV fees etc! This is clearly a deceptive business practice and unlawful, as they have no legal authority to take my personal property and already got rid of the vehicle I traded in! Now I have no way to work tonight and to my doctors appointments this week. I may also lose my job since I now have no vehicle and they are keeping my vehicle I have been driving for an entire month almost that I rightfully own! BEWARE!!! I came in to have a battery replaced and Cassie,JJ,Ross were all available to help me. They performed a free alignment check and gave me great news that I didn't need an alignment and my tires were warring properly. The technician did a Multi point inspection and found that my front brakes were low and sway bar links coming apart. I drive this car everywhere and depend on it to be safe. I had a frustrating experience with the Northampton VW service department. I went in for a check engine light and some other repairs. While they seemed friendly, they were disorganized and never seemed to know what was going on with my car. The price of my repairs jumped up 40% from my initial quote when I booked my appointment, because they hadn't checked my VIN number for the first quote. I initially expected repairs to take 2-3 days. But at the end of each day, I would call for an update and they would tell me that they had just found something else wrong and needed another day and that it would cost more, or that they had forgotten to order parts and therefore it would take more time. Their prices were also significantly higher than their competitors' prices. In the end, repairs took 5 business days and cost more than double what I had originally expected to pay. The service department is incredibly disorganized. I was promised that my car would be done on Saturday but that I should pick it up on Monday. On Monday, I was then told that they had just ordered the parts that day and so it would take an extra day. I was promised a video of my service, but didn't receive it because it apparently got lost in the system. I was promised calls updating me on the progress of my repairs, which I didn't get. When I called for updates, I received conflicting information from different people and most people didn't seem to know what was going on. A customer service representative contacted me afterward and promised to check why the service had gone so poorly and call me back. She never called me back. Within two weeks of my service, my check engine light was on again. This time, I took it to a different Volkswagen dealership and was much happier. read more

Hello everyone, I'd like to take a minut to comment about my less the poor experience at Northampton Volkswagen. I live in Boston but still have family ties in Northampton. Back in April, I decided it was time for a new car. I Did some research and found VW to be the best option for my city driving. I met Jason LeClair who was laid back and added no pressure. At first he was a very nice guy. After looking at the car, I decided I wanted to take it for a test drive. Shortly after I drove the car (at the time had 21,000 mi on it, which seemed high for a 2015). After looking at and driving the car, it clearly was modified. Normally I have no problem with this, but which modifications were done. It turn's out the car was leased by his buddy and he knew the ECU was at stage 1 by APR. After inspection I notice the muffler deletes which is not only illegal, but undisclosed to me, the buyer. The final straw was the sunroof. I had asked for a sunroof. Turns out the sunroof on my GTI is aftermarket, and that was NEVER told to me. I find this very unprofessional and considering contacting the BBB if we cant come to a resolution. This is ludicrous you can operate a business like this. read more

Went in for a brake job on my Tiguan, came out with a $32,000 used car! To make things worse, (than being 69 yrs old and on a fixed income) they gave me $6,500 for my Tiguan and asked for 4,500 cash! When I got home and realized what I did, I panicked. They took the car back, but kept the $4,500 cash and didn't give me any of the $6,500 towards the trade. I would say, while I continue to beat myself every day for being so stupid, I think they ended up with an awesome profit! I won't even go there for service on this car. Buyer beware, they only car about the sale!! Go to the many other VW dealerships!!! read more
