From start to finish, this company was absolutely incredible to work with! After reaching out, the owner came to our home to discuss what we envisioned for the yard. Once I shared our ideas, he offered his expert input to make the design even better. We talked through the plan and he promptly provided a detailed quote with a clear timeline. Once approved, they were able to start the very next day. I couldn't believe it! The turnaround time alone was impressive -- but what really blew us away was the execution. In just 5 days, they completely transformed our yard -- and I mean transformed. What started as a weed-filled, giant uneven dirt pit is now the backyard of our dreams! They removed tons of weeds, leveled the entire yard, installed turf, pavers, plants, irrigation, plant lighting, bistro lights, built a beautiful fireplace pad, and even distributed 30 tons of rock - all from scratch. Just look at the before and afters... WOW! Their pricing was very fair (actually the best of the quotes we received), their communication was excellent, and the quality of work speaks for itself. Every single day the owner met with me to review progress and discuss the plan for the next day. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and could always reach them by phone with questions. The customer service was truly top-tier. They work incredibly efficiently without sacrificing quality -- which is rare. We were so pleased with everything that we've now signed up for monthly maintenance to keep the yard looking beautiful. If you want a landscaping team that works incredibly fast, communicates clearly, and delivers high-quality results without cutting corners, this is the company to call. Look no further. We are beyond satisfied and would absolutely recommend them!

Earthtones was recommended to us by a neighbor but it appears we've had very different experiences. Steve was nearly two hours late to our scheduled appointment. We work from home and are flexible on time so a postponement wasn't an issue but it was a harbinger of how things would go from there. Steve sent a crew the following Saturday. They worked for several hours in the front yard and then left without a word. We waited a few days to see if they would come back to finish. They did not. My husband contacted Steve about the remaining work and Steve sent a crew out again. This time, they finished the work. No one ever completed the irrigation audit. Because of the lack of communication and continuous need for follow-up, we have terminated our relationship with Earthtones. I will note that the crews did fine work but ultimately, I need a company that is reliable and communicative.

We did a walkthrough with one of the owners, and received a quote that we found reasonable. Six weeks later, they canceled our service out of nowhere because "our property is too large" for the crew. First of all, their two man crew was typically in and out in 20-30 minutes. Secondly, they never even notified us of their cancellation, they just didn't show up and let me know when I questioned why they never came. Thirdly, why would you provide us with a proposal after seeing the property if it is something you can't handle? It was a disappointing experience with them. They promised a lot, and then failed to deliver. I would look elsewhere.

Their team did amazing work for us, communicated well, and charged a very fair price for the quality of service they provided. It's honestly hard to find contractors these days who show up when they say they will and deliver great work, but Cornerstone exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The entire experience was smooth and professional. If you need irrigation repair or are looking to install new irrigation, I would definitely recommend giving Cornerstone Irrigation a call.

The crew installed the system very quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. They installed my Rachio system I had already bought in my garage. After a lot of trenching and digging, the lines were in, along with a valves connecting to my hose/water source. The rock was dumped in 2 loads since it was such a large quantity. 2 guys from the crew worked hard over 2-3 days shoveling it into our front yard. They cleaned up everyday and finished the jobs perfectly. Very professional and didn't take any shortcuts. Matt came by several times to make sure everything was done properly which was great. All of the emitters operate great and every plant needing water is set up exactly how I needed it. I will definitely use these guys again going forward. They got the job done fast and correct the first time. I wish more companies had the same work ethic and customer service!! ~ Eric R/Austin R

Matt came out, gave us a competitive quote and assured us we would LOVE our new system. And we DO! The experience from beginning to end could not have gone smoother. The installation crew was informative and fun to work with. They even showed us all the spliced connections that our old system had. After a few days (we thought it would be much longer) the yard was left more beautiful than it was AND we have an amazing irrigation system. We have customized zones, customized water delivery quantities, and a management system that utilizes information rather than our decisions to assure our plants are loved and cared for. Matt held our hands throughout the process, making sure we were informed and happy and educated at the end. Jen, in the office, was so easy to work with regaring timelines and information and payments. We would give Luxe Outdoor Environments 100 stars if we could!

Right from the start we found James from SonoranScapes the most responsive and professional. Other companies either took way too long to reply to calls or certainly were not the most innovative people to deal with. We previously worked with one landscaper to develop a design for the entire yard - back and front. While it took much longer than anticipated, it helped to give us a visual layout. This experience however, also gave us the necessary input to realize we did not want to continue working with that organization. The quote from SonoranScapes was the most competitive we received. The work was to complete implementation in both back and front of our property and James's quote encompassed all the work we wanted without cutting any corners. We were quoted nearly twice as much from other organizations. We had a few concerns about the design we had, and James was able to provide us with some great alternatives and suggestions to make the end project look outstanding. He was incredibly easy to work with, flexible and always responsive to any questions we had. We would also mention that James is very "hands-on", besides being onsite most of the time and very involved in the actual work. The SonoranScapes team was great throughout the entire process - they were prompt, respectful, professional, and most importantly delivered a STELLAR final product. James answered all our questions and checked in with us on a regular basis about the progress, and any updates. We couldn't have asked for anything more! We now have a beautiful and picturesque yard with an entertaining space. We highly recommend SonoranScapes.
