Mike is always honest about the health and needs of our trees; never pushing us to do work that he doesn't think necessary. The guys are always respectful of our property and our schedule. He and his crew rehung the tree swing for our granddaughter with their own ropes and hardware at no charge!

I agreed to show up 8/27/18. I worked 2 days for Mike Robbins the owner at Lawns R US on 8/27-8/28/2018. I was never paid for my work as an employee of his on supposed payroll. It's been almost 3 months, No check or mailed paycheck or phone call to come pick it up. I left after 2 days of work because of how he talked to his employees and he didn't believe his 4 employees telling him that the driver didn't hit anything. I also got bad vibes when I didn't receive any paperwork to sign about starting wages and job title. I wasn't going to keep working for someone who verbally said $12 an hour and not produce paper trail. Now I have to file a claim with labor board because my stomach feeling was right to quit my job at lawns r us. So after posting a review Mike magically found my number to issue my wages. Took almost 3 months. He said the check got returned with no evidence and put different working dates.

They did all aspects of the job while remaining kind and courteous. They did all that for the agreed upon price of $880.00. I would definately recommend them to others. They used my ladder and left it laying in the yard, it's very heavy. Jonathan said he would cut the wood in 16 inch lengths, but only cut up some of it. Cleanup was shoddy and they left my gate open, would I hire him again, no. Would not recommend his service, nor recommend using this site when in need of help. Helping Hands Landscaping - Review…read more I had Helping Hands do some work on my property last year in Magalia and were impressed then--but they've seriously stepped up their game! I am an out-of-state owner so good communication was imperative. He kept me updated on the project and his prices were very competitive. I received before and after pictures so I was assured that the work done met all of the POA requirements. They've upgraded their equipment in a big way, now bringing in one of the largest skid steers on the market with attachments like a mower, grapple, and a powerful masticator/mulcher. It's clear they're invested in doing top-quality, efficient work. Their services have expanded too--they now offer everything from defensible space clearing and stump grinding to weedeating, mowing, heavy brush clearing, and downed tree removal. Having a water trailer on-site is a huge plus, especially for fire safety, and gives extra peace of mind. They're licensed, insured, and committed to doing the job right. If you're looking for professional, heavy-duty landscaping or fire-safe land clearing, Helping Hands is the team to call. Highly recommended! Contact Jon at 323-839-8949 jonathonschaffer80@gmail.com
