They were courteous and professional in demeanor, which I valued. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not match the price. Several areas of my yard were left uncleared, trimmings were not cleaned up, and there was little attention paid to garden features like solar lights. I requested a return visit to address what was missed, which they did--but the initial lack of detail was disappointing. Most frustrating was when a shovel of soil was tossed over my koi pond, leaving it full of dirt. I had to spend hours restoring the water quality myself. I do have photos documenting the issues. Overall, the experience was a mix--good intentions, kind workers, but a lack of follow-through and care in execution. I hope they grow from this, as they clearly have potential with better oversight.

From meeting with us to plan what needed to be done prior to a wedding reception, to suggesting items that we hadn't noticed, to taking care of anything that comes up as needed with a simple text. They do regular mowing, tree and bush/hedge trimming, weed "reduction", material movement, plant removal, planting and whatever else we need. We ended up getting all new main valves and switching the system out because half the valves were under ground, half above ground, unorganized, and some valves weren't functioning anymore. Adrian recommend a rebate program for a smart timer. Unfortunately after a couple of days with the new system, a valve started to leak so I let him know. He responded right away once again and came out the same day and fixed it. He also followed back up to come out and replace a few sprinkler heads that were not covering the lawn efficiently. System looks great, we love it!

When I asked how much I owed him, he said let's just say 220.00! He told me he was charging me for his time running around looking for the valve parts. He also mentioned he went home for lunch for part of that time. Needless to say I didn't pay this guy 220.00. Be careful when doing business with this company. I could see him taking advantage of people for jobs that never were completed. I chose this company because of the yelp reviews but hopefully this will make people at least be careful.
