When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. I highly recommend using Move4U the next time you need movers. Their pricing is very affordable and hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Super professional and organized. I felt at ease how carefully they handled our furniture. They came with wrapping, tape, and moving blankets. We had pretty much everything in boxes apart from furniture. They were super fast, polite, and showed us where everything was placed. They answered every question and were so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend to anyone moving and at any size. 2 tips: 1. Leave your clothes on the hanger and put garbage bags over your clothes and tie shut. They were able to transfer these from closet to closet effortlessly. 2. Choose heavy duty moving boxes: When you get boxes for your move, get the heavy duty thicker moving boxes like they sell at Home Depot. I went the cheap route and used the cheapest moving boxes I could find on amazon. They were a bit thinner. Everything was moved fine and without any damage, however the thicker boxes would ensure nothing gets smashed etc. The thick ones can be closed and sat on without the box breaking.

I asked him how long it would take for him to get to me, and he told me that it would probably be 7 pm...maybe. I asked him why it was taking so long and he got really aggressive on the phone saying that there are at least 20 customers ahead of me and it doesn't matter when I scheduled the move. He started yelling at me and saying he didn't care and that he didn't know what to say to me anymore, he could probably be there at 9 pm. To me, since I am a woman living alone, I did not want to move at night, so I just said whatever and hung up. I then called about 5 moving companies and finally found one for next day moving. They were great and I paid double what Skokie offered me, but it was done right and they were respectful the whole time. You get what you pay for I guess. I will say this though, the customer service people you talk to on the phone are super nice and probably get yelled at too often because of shit like this. You have to stand in an empty lobby and talk to someone remotely over a video call if you need help. They require you to use an app to gain access to anywhere in the building. The lobby, opening the garage door, the restroom, the elevator, etc. But the apps are unreliable and inconsistent. And there's two of them. We were supposed to start using the new one but it doesn't work (the old one still does?). I wish I never moved my stuff in here. I wouldn't recommend this storage unit to anyone.
