He delivered an actual quote, worked with us on the tight move-in window for our building, and kept in contact throughout the process. His team did a great job communicating day of. They took great care with our belongings, with Alex and his two fellow movers were polite and made sure that our belongings were safe. At the end of the move, they were spot on with the invoice and all of our belongings arrived safe and sound. All in all a great experience and if I could rate as ten-stars I would. They completely broke a cat tree, scratched an end table, scratched a shoe stand, scratched a TV stand, scratched a dresser. I'm understanding about the dresser; that thing was a heavy beast. The other pieces of furniture were very light weight, there's no excuse. They also got mud all over the furniture.
