It was under warranty, Elitech handled everything for us, and we did not have to reach back out to LG to work with them. We had reached out to another company prior to contacting Elitech. Paid them a $95.00 service call to be told that we have to work with LG to get the compressor when prior to them coming to the house we were told that they work with LG and will handle everything. We also had a language barrier with the tech which made things difficult. We wish we would have known about Elitech because that would have been our only call. Thank you, Patrick, for fixing our refrigerator and thank you for the great communication from the office.

My power button broke so he had to open the laptop up and charged for one and a half hours for that. I don't know what parts were, if anything. It was finished in a day and they then said it had to be cash or check. Yelp had "Accepts Charge" but they don't . I specifically looked for that. The total was $212.00 and screwed me up as money is tight right now. I also don't like that you do sign a paper before hand, but you don't get a copy nor a receipt. So, the laptop is working, it was swiftly done, but I don't like paying cash for repairs. You never know.

He was patient, kind, and genuinely cared that the kids thought it was cool (so did I!) When I realized I needed a second dumpster, he actually told me to wait until after the snowstorm so I didn't waste money -- and I didn't even know the snow was coming! That kind of honesty is very rare these days. He's very down‑to‑earth, the kind of person you feel like you could grab a beer with at a bar. He kept encouraging me to keep going when the cleanout job felt very overwhelming. He reassured me that he's "seen worse," which honestly helped more than he probably knows. We cleaned out my parents' basement, attic, and garage -- and completely filled two 30‑yard dumpsters. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a tough, emotional clean‑out. Thank you, Aaron. I truly appreciate you! *Support Local Businesses*
