I arrived at Computer Gallery around 5:50 and was greeted at the door by an unleashed, large dog who lurched in my direction. The owner made no attempt to restrain the animal, nor did he assure me that the dog would not attack. I left Computer Gallery and went home to find that www.Newegg.com has the same drive for $44.99. He advised that he would be able to look at it on Monday morning and call me first with estimate for work to be done. He called me in the beginning of the work day and gave me estimate. I called back, he answered phone on first ring and I said, "Let's get this done." He advised that the computer would be ready in a few hours and it was. He called me as soon as it was done. I went to the store and he turned the computer on for me and showed me that it was fixed. I logged on to see my menus.
