In January I found DKB on Thunderbird rd and set up a meeting with Randy Smith and reviewe'd the top Mastercraft cabinet line. Randy also explained their process and of performing all construction work (demo, hall off, installation of cabinets, installation of quartz, hook up of appliances. etc , all except electrical Which I contracted. The start to finish took a couple of weeks longer tan anticipated but the end result is exceptional. Having a one stop shop concept made communication easier and quicker. I congratulate DKB for developing a company culture that provides superior communication skills, technical skills, and employee courtesy skills. After a drunk driver ended our contractor's career at the start of our project, DKB stored our delivered cabinets for free until we hired a new contractor. When the cabinets were mis-measured too tall and covered our AC vents, DKB ordered another properly sized set immediately at no charge. Despite these setbacks and more, Randy Smith (store manager) kept constant communication and always followed through. Kevin, a 9-year technician, wrapped-up the project with the highest skill level, craftsmanship, and eye for detail. While the project took longer than expected, it was done right and perfectly. Keep in mind that these are custom field installations with each order being manufactured to spec. The level of coordination with the manufacturer, sales, design, installation, and detailing requires highly seasoned experts in your corner like Randy and Kevin. We are completely happy with our American made cabinets and project partners at DKB.

Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. Exceptionally excellent experience.

Many thanks to Roofer Mark and his crew---and to Sunset Tile and Bath. Maureen M

I took time to compare each one. AZ Remodel Pros stood out to me. From the beginning, they were patient and walked through everything with me. They explained the damage in a clear way and made sure nothing was missed. What meant the most was the support during the insurance process. They helped me communicate with my adjuster and made sure the scope of work was clearly explained. There were delays and a lot of back and forth, and I felt stuck at times. But once Brian stepped in and spoke directly with the adjuster, things started to move. Their involvement brought clarity and helped push the process forward. That helped me understand what my home needed and gave me confidence in what I was asking for. I appreciate the time, effort and all the patience they showed throughout this process. We had been to Home Depot and Lowe's looking at peel and stick tile which we found would not work. He suggested mosaic tile would work and that they could do the project. He said to go pick up mosaic tile at whatever big box store we would like so we went to Floor Decor and discovered a stone pattern that we really liked. Tyler's guys came over and did a immaculate job and transformed our blasé fireplace into a piece of art. Everything went so smoothly and so well you would never know these guys were even in our house. I can't say enough positive about Tyler and 123 Remodeling. If you're looking for any type of interior design or interior home improvement project don't make the mistake of not calling Tyler at 123 Remodeling . You can rest assured if there's any other interior design going on in our house, he will be the person to do it. We have one final step to complete, which is the application of a sealer/enhancer that will make it pop. I will post the final photo once that is completed.

That's not easy work and definitely not something you want done by inexperienced cutters. Not only could they enlarge the openings, they also handled the plumbing and installation, which made scheduling incredibly easy. The crew arrived just after 7:15 exactly as promised and finished everything by 11:15. They carefully hung plastic sheeting everywhere since cutting quartz indoors is messy work, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, removed all packaging, and hauled away the old fixtures. They took the time to listen to our vision, offered thoughtful design suggestions, and helped us choose finishes that perfectly fit our home's style. The craftsmanship and quality of the cabinetry are exceptional -- everything looks beautiful and functions flawlessly. Our new bathroom feels like a luxury spa retreat, and the butler's pantry has become one of our favorite spaces in the house thanks to the smart storage solutions and elegant design. The installers were punctual, respectful of our home, and left everything spotless. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process, which made the project stress-free. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Classy Closets to anyone looking for quality design, custom cabinetry, and a seamless experience.

I was referred to Classy by someone I know who had her closet remodeled by them. When I looked…read moreonline I saw that they also do kitchens and baths. I submitted an inquiry and was promptly contacted and scheduled with Cabinet Carl as my designer. He came to my house and discussed what I had in mind for my kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Within a week or two I had designs back to me as well as a quote for the scope of work by room and cost of cabinetry for each room. Cabinet Carl and I went back and forth a little about the designs and met at the design center. I ordered the fixtures, sinks, tub, disposal, etc to have everything on site prior to starting. My project was scheduled for 7 weeks. I had a pre construction walk through with Cabinet Carl, Jeff, and Josh. I received a timeline of work and was updated weekly. I had a roof leak right before my project started and Josh assured me it would be fine and they would repair the drywall inside when they did my kitchen. The whole time I was in contact with Josh and Cabinet Carl. My project went great, stayed on schedule, and was completed with such quality in the work. So then I thought I think I want to do more, so I called Closet Carl. He came back to the house and went through all the closets with me and I was interested in building a closet in my office. We also discussed lighting and ceiling fans through the whole house. I had designs quickly again and got on the schedule. Everything went great and was ahead of schedule. The closets and lighting/fans were complete within a couple weeks. The office construction took another week or so. Again, I loved it all. There was just one more house project I have always wanted to do, a fireplace. I didn't know where to start, so I called to talk to Cozy Carl. He said that was also something that Classy does. So once again Cozy Carl and Jeff came over to discuss the scope of work and ideas. The design was drawn up and I got added to the schedule for a 2 week project, managed by Rick, that would finish the week before Christmas. Right before my fireplace project started I got home from a trip and had a toilet leak in one of my brand new bathrooms (the toilet was NOT installed by Classy). I emailed Clean Up Carl at 9pm and he had someone at my house at 9am the next morning. Unfortunately the leak had ruined my vanity base, so the vanity had to come out. It also ruined my flooring, so that had to be removed. They opened up the walls just to make sure there wasn't a leak anywhere else (it was a lot of water) and left the walls open for a week. Not only was my fireplace finished on schedule, but the bathroom was also put completely back together in the same timeframe. I hosted Christmas Eve the next week for 30 people and everything was all back in order. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Classy Companies. I only got ONE QUOTE for my house. Right away I knew that they were competent, they demonstrated great communication, and that I could trust them to complete the projects without me having to be constantly present. So often I feel like I pay a premium for the kind of service that I seek, but in this case I feel like their pricing was not inflated for the service I received and the people I was working with actually CARE. I always thought that doing a remodel would be a painful process, I would lose sleep over it, I'd be upset about things, or I'd be trying to hunt down contractors who weren't showing up. The process with Classy was not stressful at all. The whole process went smooth and was pleasant. It was worth every penny to be able to carry on with my own life and career and trust that everything was going well at home. I have referred several others who had quotes from other companies and Classy's quote was the best quote for each person I referred. (Cabinet, Closet, Cozy, Clean Up) Carl is the BEST! He is great at looking at the design of a space while keeping in mind the functionality, cost, and any specifics to the install so that it all comes together nicely. Jeff, Josh, and Rick were exceptional project managers. Much of the time I wasn't home, but I did get to know Rene, Carlos, Jamie, and Parks as well. Everyone was so nice, considerate, and careful in my space. I love everything in my home now, thank you all so much!

Then Dan came to our house and spent a significant amount of time with us explaining our options, showing us samples of cabinets, and answering all of our questions. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. But we feel that the finished product, the quality of the materials used, and the professionalism and skill of the team were worth what we paid.
