Had a cappuccino, cinnamon roll from Tillie's Tafel, a caramel macchiato, and a chocolate croissant. Cappuccino with oat milk- very smooth and mellow, not bitter or burnt at all! Nice foam as well. Caramel macchiato- I've been craving a proper caramel macchiato and they nailed it! Not too sweet, lovely foam even with oat milk, and so delicious! Chocolate croissant- nice and flakey on the top part and a little chewy on the bottom half- very good. While my spouse enjoyed a warm latte, I chose a cold mocha frappe. I appreciated the rich flavor of the coffee and chocolate; however, with rather large chunks of ice inside the drink, it became nearly impossible to sip it through a straw. Cozy little coffee stop in old Petoskey. Relaxing atmosphere that's very popular with the locals and visitors, alike. It's busy every day, especially weekends. We landed during a nice Saturday afternoon lull. Enjoyed a calm soothing Tea and a cold brew. Plenty of tables and the noise level was perfect. Prices are no longer listed on the menus. My guess is they ran out of room. We're also in unpredictable times and it's probably a major task to pull those down and update them. Speaking of price, they do run high, but I suspect it could be higher, so we need to cope and enjoy the simple pleasures. It's a fun, cheerful staff that serves a very good brew. Fantastic store fantastic service! We walked in and my son had to wash his hands from the ice cream he just had. But I went to order and I was greeted by a very friendly barista. They had multiple alternative dairy options and this made me quiet happy. I ordered a small soy latte with one pump of vanilla and It is DELICIOUS! They also had so many flavors to choose from. The menu was way to read and the flavors were also written on a smaller board. I had forgotten to order It decaf and when I let the barista know they said no problem and made It accordingly. I thought that was kind that they didn't make It difficult. The wait was short and the bathrooms were super clean. The entire store felt airy and spacious and welcoming. Whenever we are in the area, we always stop here for coffee! They have such delicious drinks. I love the iced chai tea latte. One thing I have to say is that both my mom and my sister can't have dairy so they always order oatmilk, which they have to pay extra for, but they are ok with that. But, they made my moms drink with regular dairy milk which she didn't realize till she drank it. So, be careful if you have allergies! So cute! I got an iced Miel and it was delicious and refreshing. There were a lot of reviews about the bagels and while mine was fine, I didn't think there was anything uniquely special about it. I wish they had spread the cream cheese on and toasted it a bit more instead of offering the little to-go tub of cold cream cheese which is hard to spread, but we're being pretty nit picky here. On a brief trip through Michigan over fall break, we stopped at this amazing coffee shop. It has charming ambience and lots of comfy seating. What was the most remarkable thing to me was the Pumpkin Pie Chai latte. OH.MY.WORD!!! If you like or love pumpkin pie, this is for you because it's literally like sipping a pumpkin pie. The taste immediately invokes warm feelings of family gathering for Thanksgiving. So yummy and remarkable. If this coffee shop wasn't 14 hours from my house, we would be more frequent customers!! I didn't think my coffee tasted exactly how I would have expected with the flavorings I got inside of it but it was still good. They however took an extremely long time to get the coffee out.
