They were oddly out of regular coffee when I stopped by so I had an Americano instead and it was made very well! The outside of the building is pretty unique looking and inside is very cozy. There's lots of higher end tables and plenty of seating options including a large back room. Very quiet & relaxed atmosphere. Good bit of fun knickknacks to browse through while you wait for your order as well, which is always fun. I'd absolutely return! read more

Excellent, fresh coffee! Yummy treats (avocado toast, bagel and cream cheese, plus a tasty lemon muffin) were made even better by awesome service. Our barista was funny, sweet and made a marvelous drink! (We got an oat milk chai, two americanos and a caramel macchiato.) Super cute space, with local art to purchase too! This is a really cute little place with positive messaging and a good variety of things to shop while you wait for your treats. I can't give this place a negative review based solely on that but their crafted drinks are not the best. I saw another comment about their grind size for espresso and it's likely that's the issue because I added an extra shot of espresso to my drink this time after feeling like I was drinking flavored milk last time and it's still extremely weak. We had no issues with service, and if you're not like me and want your coffee to shock you awake in the morning, you might love this place. read more

Me and my family visited Indian River for a vacation and this is the best coffee spot. nearby! The atmosphere is calm and friendly and the customer service is helpful, friendly, and kind. I got an iced caramel latte with oatmilk and my boyfriend got a hot mocha. Both drinks were wonderful, with a strong dark espresso flavor and not too sweet. They also have a lot of local art which was wonderful to look at. 100% recommend for coffee lovers visiting. read more

It's a bit crazy to think there are three coffee shops in Indian River but this one is just as worthwhile. I tried an iced americano with sf hazelnut and it is great! For two drinks it was $6.00 which is slightly less than I would have paid at a Starbucks. Interior is clean, contemporary and rustic, including the bathroom (i have a 3 year old so we seem to always be able to give a full report, my little one was impressed with how quiet the toilet flushed ;) and I thought the local artist artwork was cool (also in the bathroom). Espresso was really weak; makes lattés and cappuccinos taste like just milk. (For baristas reading this, the grind size is way too course and you need to tamp harder.) Nice atmosphere though. Best service and coffee in all of northern Michigan! We were also treated very well here. As POC, we had shady service at a few places on Indian River (people taking forever to attend to us, but being fast with everyone else, no greetings, no farewells, but welcoming to all others before and after us, etc (ya'll know what I'm talking about....). Wildwood was great, excellent service, AMAZING COFFEE. Seriously, I was in the middle of a sentence, took my first sip, and stopped to say "WOW, THAT is good!" My husband them took a sip of his and said "Oh, my!" We only wish we would've found this place sooner on the trip. GREAT coffee! Incredible friendly service. Even the other customers were nice. Super cute inside. Adorable decorarions. Nice place to sit. They also have a great big pretty sign inside saying they welcome everyone regardless of age, gender race, religion, politics, etc. We shook our fists at the sky when we came by on Sunday and saw that they were closed on Sundays. Good spot, wish they had more baked goods, but their coffee is really good. Only thing I would note is that the person at the front didn't have a mask on, but there's a shield between you and the workers, so didn't feel too weird about it. read more

This place is great & satisfied us Seattleites! They really paid attention to the details and know how to make solid espresso drinks & coffee. They offer dairy and non-dairy "milk" and they have some nice food options, such as avocado toast, pb toast, oatmeal, pastries, etc.. This place stands up to the very best Seattle coffee shops (we are here visiting from Seattle). I loved the local watercolor paintings & the interior decorating was very nice. If they could offer a drive through coffee window that would be even more amazing to catch more customers. read more

Such a beautiful shop. Flowers everywhere, bright and relaxing environment. The coffee is delicious, and they have all sorts of non dairy and plant based options. Smoothies are real ingredients, and they get lots of things from baked goods to honey, locally. Fair trade cocoa, compostable utensils, and reusable jars and straws for "for here". Found this place while camping for the week and decided to try it out and I'm so glad I did! I visited 3 times because it was so good! Their frappe's were AMAZING and a nice treat. They have sugar free flavor options as well! Didn't try the food but the baked goods looked good! There's small outdoor seating and indoor seating. They also have a couple yard games set up next to their outdoor seating to enjoy. I will definitely be back if I find myself near Indian River again! read more
