Lady at the counter was friendly and they had a ton of options to choose from on the menu. However no macaroons like pictured in the reviews, and even more upsetting was half the toppings I wanted weren't available. Including the tapioca pearls which, are pretty much the whole point of getting bubble tea! Settled for a couple other toppings instead and figured I would give something new a shot. At the end, definitely extremely disappointed with the bubble tea itself. Not only do you not get one of those cups with the plastic sealed top to satisfyingly or frustratingly pop with your straw, but they also provide you with a normal soda straw that isn't big enough to suck any of the boba toppings up with! Definitely a lot of room to improve here with the boba experience, which would be okay if they didn't so explicitly advertise it everywhere with huge boba signs all over the place. I feel bad for the low rating, but unfortunately based on the product itself, I would have to give it two stars. But don't get me wrong, restore was nice and clean, the menu has a lot of option for flavors, and the staff was friendly. So for those reasons, bumping it up to three stars.

The coleslaw was good, but not anything amazing. I thought my sandwich was pretty good, and I appreciate the dips and sauces they serve with it. The chicken on my sandwich was a bit dry, but the sauce helped a lot. I got to try a different sandwich from my friend and it was good too, but also a bit dry (oddly!).
