You order at the counter that is directly in front of you, and then they serve the drinks at the end of the counter. Do be mindful though of what you ordered as they didn't take names and called out orders instead. If it is busy (which it was when we visited) you also have to keep on top of the orders as often people mistakenly take an order. They are gracious about making another one for you, but it helps everyone to keep your ears open for your original order. My latte was full of flavor and not too bitter but did need a bit of sugar to make it sweet enough for me. They do have alternative mills but run out quickly so if you want something on a holiday or busy weekend I suggest you go early. Their teas are also quite good as my husband can contest, so if you want to try a tea they have several good options.
