I had a very weird experience at Dicks yesterday. I went in to return items purchased online. PayPal is of course the most prominent payment option on the Dicks app. Furthermore the store manager informed me that I should never use payment methods like PayPal or Apple Pay on the Dicks app. This didn't sound right to me so I left the store and started an online return, returning the goods by mail. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

On top of that, there is a 20% discount for students. This store was the only store that had my proper size in Hamilton County. We got 140 dollar shoes for 120 dollars.
